We love the extreme quiet and peaceful area the home is in. From our front porch you have landscape views of the ocean on a clear day...looking at South Point and out to the ocean beyond.
The neighborhood is on agricultural land, and is removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are no street lights, and the roads can be bumpy (it's located on a volcano).
Situated at 3600' elevation (in the clouds), in the largest subdivision in the world on the slopes of the largest Volcano (Mauna Loa) in the world!
There are no sidewalks or streetlights, and given the elevation it is not recommended to stray too far from the home on foot.

All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattresses and smart TVs. The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with modern bidet toilets.
*Master Bedroom: King bed, 47" smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities.
*Bedroom 2 (Bunk Room): One full-over-twin bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed (sleeps 5), plus a 37" smart TV.
*Bedroom 3: Queen bed and a 42" smart TV.
*Living Room: The sofa converts to a Queen-size pullout bed.
Unique Features:
*Experience a unique Hawaiian outdoor shower, beautifully crafted with native pahoehoe lava rock harvested directly from our property.
