Location, Location, Location! This Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Chili's, Rib Crib, Starbucks, as well as the local Golf Course. The entire Condo has been recently renovated and fitted with Hi Speed (1G) wireless internet and Smart TV. Perfect for PCSing Family, Traveling Medical personnel, and contractors.

You'll have access to the entire condo!

I will be available by phone any time you need. I prefer text message as a primary but am available by telephone. I have a a team available to help with any issues that come up. We hope you enjoy the stay!

Simply put, you are in the best neighborhood in Clovis, NM. This condo is conveniently located in walking distance to several restaurants, ATMs, Banks and in a perfect place to take a morning or evening walk around the golf course.

Nice Neighborhood to walk, jog or run in. Lots (8 Spots) of parking on East or West end of our unit.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was amazing (quick drives to food, Walmart, etc as advertised). Easy to check in and check out, everything lovely! Would definitely rent here again!

Great stay.

As always, very pleased with this rental. The host is very attentive, responsive and hospitable. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Hope to stay again next time visiting family in Clovis.

Smelly towels

Rooms were clean beds comfortable not so much couch. Towels smelled horrible mildew and smoke.

While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

This property was purchased after retiring from the military and becoming a traveling contractor. Throughout the first year I renovated all four units. This property is conveniently located in the safest, most desirable area in Clovis. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and golf. It is perfect for a traveling contractor, nurse, doctor, military members relocating to our nearby base and family coming home to visit.
