Host is very accommodating. Great vacation as always. House is super clean. They have several things to play in the water with. Always such a fun family vacation. Hopefully we’ll return in the near future.

Great experience!Beautiful house. Stunning views. Lovely kitchen& appliances, super cozy beds quality linens. Easy interaction with owners regarding very minor for things that came up/questions that arose. Quick to resolve any challenges. We will def come back this beautiful house. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful week

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this amazing beach house! There was plenty of room for all of us, the heated bathroom floors were a great bonus, and the proximity to town was perfect. 5 stars!!

Amazing Beach Property

We had a women’s weekend here and had an absolutely fabulous time. The view and proximity to the beach is what makes this place amazing. The amenities and communication with the property manager were a bonus. It exceeding our expectations!

Amazing Oceanfront House

The house is absolutely amazing, and the view is incredible. Stayed here with four adults, and spent the majority of the time either in the backyard or looking out through the wall of windows out onto the ocean. The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the recent renovations were all very nice. The bedrooms were all good sizes. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Looking forward to booking another stay here!!

Gorgeous home in incredible spot

This house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect: stunning ocean views through a full wall of windows, in a quiet beach town. So relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and patio. The hosts were very responsive when we had a small issue. We would definitely return!

Ocean Front Dream

This home is incredible. The home is very comfortable with great beach access and incredible views. The home has been totally remodeled and is fully equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and your walking distance to downtown Cayucos. I can’t say enough good things about this home. We enjoyed it so much we immediately booked it again later in the summer.

Great Sibling Reunion

This house is in the perfect location to enjoy the fabulous views and to enjoy all the quaint charms of Cayucos. Our family built and owned a house on Studio Drive for almost 60 years so I was happy to find this home for a reunion of our 5 siblings. We cooked, played games, did art projects, and walked the beach. The home was clean, remodeled for all of the conveniences, and very comfortable for a group. It is also very well stocked with extra sheets, towels, etc. Wonderful place to stay!
