Considering this home is managed by a property management company, an additional rental agreement will be required before booking is confirmed. If you choose not to sign the additional agreement, you are welcome to cancel your booking without penalty.
This agreement will outline standard vacation rental leases for our area including the cancellation policy that is enforced and approved with VRBO although it may differ from VRBO cancellation policy.
This will also provide you with more information about the home, pet agreement (if applicable) and contact information in case of an emergency. If you are bringing a pet, this pet must be approved through the PBRE staff and a pet fee of $250/pet will be added to your reservation. PBRE does follow all ADA guidelines.
