Great family getaway

Our family had a very nice stay at Costa Atlantica. The condo is exactly what we were looking for a winter getaway. The view of the ocean and pool was spectacular.The only problem was that the fan in the living room didn’t work and one shower had a foul smell.

Favorite location in Punta Cana

This is my 10th time visiting Punta Cana. Costa Atlantica is my favorite place to stay. Perfect location. The unit was very clean and has a perfect view of the pool and the beach. Many restaurants and shops are just a few steps away.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This wonderful condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Location was great, could walk to restaurants, shopping, market, etc. and felt safe. Condo was just like the pictures. Beautiful view, helpful and friendly security, and property managers that responded quickly and fully. Punta Cana was more beautiful than expected. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic Property and Location

We stayed here for two weeks and had a fabulous time. We never tired of the ocean view or the sound of crashing waves nearby. The location was also ideal for walking to numerous tasty restaurants. Highly recommend this property with 3 bedrooms with their own private baths, along with an additional two more baths. It was an ideal rental with a super responsive management team. Don’t hesitate to stay here. You will love it.

Family environment community

Thank you Scott for allowing my family and I to visit your condo for 4 nights. The condo was very nice, spacious and clean. It was accessible to the beach and other restaurants that surrounded the facility. The security and people around were extremely nice and welcoming and when ever we needed anything everyone was eager to help. We enjoyed staying in this nice, clean, safe and friendly environment. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing building. Huge apartment. Lots of space. Conveniently placed in front of the beach. Lots of great restaurants 10 minutes away by foot. But u had to walk through an area that had sewage water running on the street and the smell was horrendous. Other than that, great place and highly recommended.

Awesome location and amenities

Our stay was fantastic. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed the property, amenities and location. It is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Everyone on site was nice and helpful; we really appreciated the around-the-clock security, though we felt safe walking everywhere, even at night. Communication with the on-site property manager and the host was excellent with very fast responses. We had no issues with the property. The only thing I warn about is that the mattresses are firm but we used the extra pillows provided for support. I am used to a very soft pillow top mattress but this was not anything to detract from the star rating. ☺️ We would definitely stay here again.

We especially like the restaurant Citrus...had a couple awesome meals there.We found the large deck with ample seating and great ocean view to be a great place to spend our evenings playing games. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.Overall, despite the pandemic, we had a good time and felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here.

When we arrived on Saturday it was crowded and noisy and the roads were flooded and smelled terrible. By Monday things were quieter and started getting cleaned up. The condo itself was nice and clean and comfortable. Security was very helpful and professional.

BTW, if you are looking to purchase Condos or villas in Punta Cana area you need to speak with Scott Medina, the owner of GPREV. This dude is dialed in - he has been in business in Punta Cana since 2007 - He knows everyone and everyone knows him! He is honest, kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and an AWESOME dude with an AWESOME staff!!!

Best Property to Visit Punta Cana luxury and fun

This apartment is 100% as described and does honor the great pictures. The property manage goes the extra mile and are very responsive. The apartment is perfect specially if you’re traveling with family or couples The rooms are nice and comfortable with their own bathroom and privacy. The apartment itself is 6 starts. Why am I giving 4 starts then?; the location of the apartment is somehow sensitive to rain and flooding, while we stayed the streets were flooded and we did not have access to places that were within walking distance. There is a small shopping center with several great restaurants: Citrix and Captain Hook among then. This last one best fresh local food, price and view. The beach is very nice but check for seaweed it seems that this a seasonal problem and will be limiting your capacity to fully enjoying the beach.

Excellent Vacation

We stayed 9 nights 10 days with our adult children. We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and well stocked. The pool and beach were beautiful!! The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. You are able to walk to the market and many restraunts!! We did have one issue in the middle of the night. We woke at 2am to a sink pipe that had ruptured and we had a lot of water on the condo floor. They had two maintenance people there within 10 minutes who fixed and cleaned up the mess. This could of happened to anyone so I am not faulting them for this. I was truly impressed in how the situation was handled!! We are definitely going to rent here in the future!!

Amazing with a few flaws!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was gorgeous, the pool was warm, and the weather was perfect. The view was worth every cent. A few things to note: the stove is not easy to light, you have to use a lighter. Also, the door handle/lock was very fidgety. Took us multiple tries to unlock the door to get in (you have to pull the door forwards and unlock). The pool hours are 8am-8pm which was a little disappointing, since we wanted to swim at night. The surrounding neighborhood is very run down and has a horrible odor problem. There are plenty of stores, shops and markets to check out right around the property, however constant construction/Odor makes it hard to navigate. We highly recommend citrus, a restaurant nearby. This was collectively our favorite place to eat. Overall this place was absolutely gorgeous, me and my family had a wonderful stay!

Here are the positives: -great location next to restaurants and grocery store -long chairs to bring to the beach -nice pool -well equip kitchen -comfortable beds The negatives: -the clean up prior to our arrival could have been better, the floors were full of sand and dirty (not a big thing, my husband sweep and cleaned all the floors. On another note, lots of seaweeds in front but you can walk a bit further to get a nicer beach. Would I go back? Sure, nice location and the rental office staff from Punta Cana Real Estate , specifically Carla Green was really nice to deal with. Will not hesitate one second to deal with Punta Cana Real Estate again Alexandra Strickland

Here are the positives:-great location next to restaurants and grocery store-long chairs to bring to the beach-nice pool-well equip kitchen-comfortable bedsThe negatives:-the clean up prior to our arrival could have been better, the floors were full of sand and dirty (not a big thing, my husband sweep and cleaned all the floors.On another note, lots of seaweeds in front but you can walk a bit further to get a nicer beach.Would I go back? Sure, nice location and the rental office staff from Punta Cana Real Estate , specifically Carla Green was really nice to deal with.Will not hesitate one second to deal with Punta Cana Real Estate againAlexandra Strickland

Fantastic!!!

This property is exactly as shown on line! The unit, 3 bedroom & 5 bathroom is very spacious & can easily accommodate 6 people. The location is perfect; with the pool in front (which we only used once, sadly) and the beach only 20 steps away, making our pre-breakfast swims extremely accessible! The beach is amazing, we walked an hour or two several times and didn't run out of sand. The shops near by (literally under 5 minutes to everything you need from food, booze, medicine, clothing and souvenirs) allowed us to purchase everything we needed for 2 weeks for 4 people. (we did go to Jumbo at the start of our trip but had no need to go again) Produce truck was 2 blocks away almost every day, beautiful produce at super prices! Water was very easy to get delivered, once we figured it out. Ivan, our day security man was wonderful, friendly, helpful & funny as anything! Our driver, Victor, was fantastic!!! Offered all the information we asked about including tours, excursions & local history!! The property manager was very accessible when we were in need. We all highly recommend this property! This vacation has changed all future vacations!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always gone to all inclusive resorts. In fact, we have stayed right down the beach at the Melia many times. We will never consider again! This condo was amazing. Our rental experience was so perfect, we have determined that all-inclusives are a waste of money. We stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days with my husband, my sister and her husband and our single friend. We spent less than we would have for a week at an all inclusive, with the bonus of our spacious beautiful beach, a pool steps away and a wonderful view of the ocean while we sipped coffee on the patio! No rushing to secure chairs, no rushing to get coffee at the buffet before it closed, no rushing to find 5 spots together at the pool. Just lounging in bed, different restaurants every night (or leftovers, or simple homemade guac - I said NO COOKING and we held to that!). Grocery stores short walking distance away with many restaurant choices around the corner. We felt like we had a more interesting and dynamic vacation. The staff at the building could not have been more friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with the water cooler the response was quick and friendly! We will absolutely be back!
