Fabulously remodeled Marrakesh Country Club home on the 8th tee box. Quick walk to the best pool/spas! Clubhouse access with a seasonal membership (additional fee for clubhouse use and golf access)
Newly updated and furnished, three bedroom, three bath home with views of golf course and mountains.
Absolutely NO parties and NO smoking of any kind. Please respect neighbors at all times and follow all posted rules throughout the community. This is quiet and peaceful Country Club.
The space
Super close to famed El Paseo restaurants and shopping. 10+ pools and hot tubs throughout neighborhood. Living Desert and Zoo down the street. Enjoy hiking and all that the desert has to offer.
