This serene, woodsy retreat provides the perfect escape for families, friends, and couples alike. Find peace and solitude among the lush evergreens that surround the home while enjoying the outdoors with perks like a bocce and other lawn games, a firepit, a gas grill, and a picnic table, or marvel at the views through the panoramic window display in the living room while feeling the warmth of the wood stove. Vaulted ceilings and an open-concept design create a bright and welcoming space for home entertainment. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals.

Echo Lake is only two miles away, and the home comes stocked with kayaks and life jackets so it's easy to spend time out on the water. You'll also be less than a mile from the Bigfork Community Nordic Ski Trails for accessible wintertime fun. The home sits on the edge of Flathead National Forest, offering plenty of hiking trails to explore, and Glacier National Park is only 40 miles away. Downtown Bigfork is just over seven miles away and Kalispell is 21 miles away.

My husband and I lived in Bigfork for a few years and loved it. We just buried him in Deer Lodge and wanted his kids to see Bigfork. We had a nice time and enjoyed everything about the house.

Perfect get away home

The home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, and love that has washer and dryer ( no dirty laundry back to az.). The property management does not communicate with much details about how to open home or shed. I had to call vrbo to get more info.

Bigfork Beauty in the Woods

Such a beautiful setting. The home is tucked back on a dirt road (road and driveway need work probably because of all the rain). The kitchen was well appointed, 2 full baths and a powder room with laundry which was great! The fire pit was nice to come home too and relax in the evening. Love the master bedroom being downstairs. We didn’t use the kayaks but a nice amenity.

Lovely home near Echo lake

The home wasn’t too far from Glacier, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The home doesn’t have central heat and air, so prepare for it to get hot during the day. That didn’t bother us, because we were rarely there during the day. I loved the layout of the home, with the main bedroom downstairs and the spare rooms upstairs. The landing area was great for the kids to play their Xbox and hang out.

Great house

The A/C doesn't work too well and takes the house day and a half to cool down if not more. Not that big of a deal, but when warm to hot outside does suck cause house is like 85 degrees. Otherwise, house is very nice and cozy and in a wonderful area, very much recommend.

Worst management for property

The operation management of property was the worst in preparing property and over site of property. Nothing was prepared for the visit. Took out daily calls upon arrival to get property livable. No has for propane, check list of transition was not followed. Plumbing issues with sinks
