3 Bedroom Beachfront Luxury Condo in Exclusive Diamante Golf Resort, with Terrace Jacuzzi, fully equipped Kitchen, full laundry, TVs throughout.

Along the secluded coastline of Cabo San Lucas, we have two of the most spectacular golf courses in the world; Top 100 Dunes Course by Davis Love III and El Cardonal by Tiger Woods,  plus a TGR Design par-three Oasis Short Course.

The Large Terrace has an outdoor Gas BBQ Grill, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, 4 Lounger Chairs, Outdoor Teak Dining Table for 6, and provides spectacular views of the Beach, Ocean, front row viewing of whales (when in season) and breathtaking sunsets over the water which you can see from the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, and Living Room.

The Studio Master Suite has a smaller, private Terrace, with even closer views of the ocean, beach and Sunset, with 2 comfortable outdoor chairs.

There are 2 portable Sonos Move Speakers for the Terraces or for portable use in the Condo.

The Living Room has a large 85" TV, full Sonos system (Sonos Arc Soundbar, Sonos Sub, and 2 Rear Sonos Era 300 Speakers on stands).

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with condiments, spices, cooking utensils, Blender, Toaster, Panini Press, Pasta Pot,  and more.

The Studio Master also has a Functional Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, Cooktop, and the essentials.

Both Kitchens include a Nespresso Station with Milk Frother (stocked with pods), Teak Kettles, and the Full Main Kitchen also includes a Drip Coffee Machine.

There is a Powder Room (half bath) next to the Laundry closet and Full Kitchen.

The Laundry Closet has standard size stacked washer and dryer, and we include quality detergent, Fabric Softener, and dryer sheets.

Air Conditioning, Artwork, comfortable furniture throughout.

The Master Suite includes a terrace with Beach, Ocean, Sunset Views (adjoins with Jacuzzi Hot Tub and Main Terrace) and walk in closet.

Each bedroom has a 55" TV with Hotel Cable and Sonos System (Both Master Bedrooms also have Sonos Mini Subs). Each room has its own private bathroom and shower.

The Master Suite has a large Bathroom, with separate Toilet area, large walk in Shower, dual vanity sinks, lighted vanity mirror and makeup mirror.

The Guest Bathroom has a large Bathroom with lighted Vanity Mirror, makeup mirror, and large walk-in shower.

The Studio Master Bathroom has a large Bathroom, large walk in Shower, dual vanity sinks, lighted vanity mirror and makeup mirror.

All our Bedroom Bathrooms include essentials like toothpaste, feminine products, Plush towels (including oversized), and black makeup washcloths.

All our Bedrooms include one King Size Bed, Extra Sheets, Blanket, Plush Robes, luxury beds and sheets.

We include plenty of extras throughout the Condominium, things you would expect in your own home. As owners we like to include things that we miss when we travel, so you don’t have to! We always want your feedback too so if there are things you think you would like to see that are not in our Condo, we make sure to include them to improve your experience in staying with us.

As our guests in our Ocean Club Residence Condo (OCR), you have access to Diamante’s Luxury facilities and amenities, including:

Access to the on-site pool (free), which also includes Pool Bar and Restaurant.

Access to the amazing 10-acre saltwater Crystal Lagoon (free), where you will have free access to swimming at the pool bar, hot tub jacuzzi, lagoon, and they provide towels, paddle boards, kayaks, petal boats, Ping Pong, Volleyball, all free of charge. There is another full restaurant at the Lagoon, Amigo’s Restaurant, with nightly specials, and the Pizzas are excellent. There is a Water Park on one side of the Lagoon, also free of charge, and a water park snack bar (kid friendly), plus Kid’s club (also free access).

You have access to the Putting Couse, Putting Greens, and Driving Ranges (appropriate attire required).

You can access the Diamante Spa (reservations are recommended, pay as you go services).

You have access (reservations are recommended for dinner) to any of the 6 restaurants in Diamante, the Sports Bar (Open Breakfast through dinner), Izzy’s Restaurant (open for dinner from 5pm), and The Market 24-hour Restaurant (open 24 hours), all located in the Dunes Clubhouse. Amigo’s Restaurant (at the Lagoon), the Ocean Club Restaurant (at the OCR where our condo is, but limited hours, usually around 11Am to 7PM), and the newest addition, The Woods Restaurant (Phenomenal with special Lunch Menu with discounted prices from around 3PM to 5:30 PM, and Dinner Menu from 5:30PM on) at El Cardonal Clubhouse.

There is also a great Taco Shop open in the morning and afternoon at El Cardonal Practice facilities.

You don’t need to leave Diamante while staying here!

You have access to the Health and Fitness Center (additional fees may apply for classes and specialized services), with daily group classes like Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Boot Camp, Mat Pilates, Functional Training, Pilates Reformer, SUP Yoga, Body Sculpt, Spinning and more, private classes, Pickleball Court, Tennis Courts, Lap Pool, Hot Tub, and a Half Basketball court.

You can access the three golf courses, the top 100 Dunes Course designed by Davis Love III, El Cardonal by Tiger Woods (home of the WWT PGA Tournament), and The Oasis 12-hole Short Course by Tiger Woods (TGR). Diamante’s renowned Golf Academy is available as well (additional fees apply).

The two championship golf courses, The Dunes and El Cardonal each cost approximately $500 USD per-round per player, plus mandatory caddie fee of $25 fee (plus tip) and includes Golf Cart, food and beverages during your entire play time. (Reservations are required for the two primary courses, and Caddy is an additional fee).

The Oasis Short Course is a fun par 3 golf course and runs around $40 per-round per player (walk on only, no reservations are required).

You have miles of beautiful Pacific Ocean beaches, home of sea turtles coming to lay their eggs (in season), surf fishing paradise, spectacular Whale watching (in season), and the famous, breathtaking Baja sunsets going down over the Pacific Ocean where you have a front row seat.

Diamante has plenty of paths, walkways, where you can walk, run, ride golf carts, organic gardens and so much to offer. When you visit Diamante, you will not want to go home!

We are happy to provide shopping services, so the kitchen and condo is fully stocked with what you want, saving you time and providing that extra home away from home feel, transportation from and returning to the airport, assistance with golf, spa, activity reservations, and so much more. When you stay with us, we are here for you!

The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub on the Condo Terrace is included in the nightly rates. The Jacuzzi does represent high usage costs. We empty the Jacuzzi after each guest's stay, thoroughly clean and fill prior to new check-ins, the electric heater and circulation pumps stay on during the entire stay to keep the water at temperature. If you DO NOT want to use the jacuzzi for your stay, please let us know and we will provide a special discount for you in your rental which saves us both money and us extra time.
