Room 25 - The Overnighter. This luxurious guest room is located on the second floor of the Folliday Inn with entry from a low foot traffic deck overlooking the pool and courtyard. This suite is comfortably furnished for up to 2 guests with a queen-sized bed. All of our deluxe guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Location is perfect! We thought we had a lot of privacy because we were on the backside near the pool. Sunday morning we could hear the guests’ in the neighboring room entire conversation. They were talking in normal voices so the walls appear to be very thin

Quick trip

We enjoyed the overnighter room. It is a small room so best for a long weekend or quick stay as not a lot of room but it was perfect for what we needed. 2 nights in Folly. Pool was awesome ♥️

Great little place right near the beach. Easy access, clear instructions, clean property. My i ok not complaint would be I kept banging my knee on the bed frame! Was like the perfect height for a midnight trip to the bathroom knee high.

Great location and beautiful Property

Location is perfect for everything. Pool and grounds are very nice. The air conditioning quit working in the middle of the night, which made a very uncomfortable night. Property manager was on the premises in the morning and addressed the problem. (popped a breaker) Other than that it was a wonderful few days in Folly Beach.
