Hello Gabriela, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. We apologize for the inconveniences you had in this unit. We have in our notes that you told our staff you were frustrated that two showers cannot be taken at once. That is quite common in most places, however we apologize that two showers could not be taken at once during your stay. Our staff was on the phone with you for a very long time trying to help and resolve all issues, unfortunately it was hard for them to even get a word in between a guest on the other end yelling. We asked for you to send photos and let us possibly come over and help and you refused both even demanding the company to schedule carpet cleaning while in-house. Which vendors in Mammoth do not do because of COVID. Regarding the wifi, Mammoth is known for having poor wifi when there is a flux of people in town. The property managers also gave us a call and stated that you had 4 cars and were partying in the unit. We clearly state in the signed rental agreement that only two cars are allowed at this complex. It is unfortunate that all of these issues occurred while you visited. Thank you, MSR TEAM
