The condo was clean and matched the description. There was a little outside noise, but not too bad. A couple of towel racks were loose from walls, and no hairdryer or hangers available, but beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked. Room was up a flight of stairs. Location is good, but Mesquite is small, its not far to anywhere.

Amazing Stay

The condo was incredibly clean and the perfect place to stay in Mesquite. The property manager was friendly and did a great job communicating. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Mesquite.

Wry clean and cozy stay. The property was super easy to find and access. Great location as well. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and looks newly remodeled. Did not have many supplies compared to most other places I've stayed. 4 sets of cups, plates etc. Place sleeps 6. Not enough towels, had to wash them to have enough for 6 of us. No can opener. We like the place just seemed unprepared for guests.

Excellent

The VRBO was wonderful. The only thing we were missing was a couple more chairs for the patio. We did notice that there was garbage thrown in the parking lot and by the sidewalks. I’m thinking that is the duty of the grounds keepers. It was a great location for us and most comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Clean and Comfortable

We were there for a softball weekend and were mostly there in the evening but it’s very clean and comfortable. The only problem was not any extra paper goods( toilet or paper towels they were not new) and not enough cookware.Other than that I would stay here again and recommend it for others to stay here.Thank you Leslie

Stayed here for a Jeep trip in Mesquite, Logandale and Sand Hollow. Was central to it all and happened to be adjacent to the RV park where the majority of the group was staying. Finding it was easy. Parking was plentiful. Getting into the property was easy. It’s a basic 3 bed 2 ba. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Utilitarian. No pictures on the walls. No extra furniture. The living room has a couch and ottoman and a lamp. Could use some tables for drinks, etc. the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook in the place so I can’t say what is and isn’t there. The master bedroom has a queen bed, night stands and a dresser. The closet is huge but no hangers in any of them so bring your own if needed. The smaller bedrooms don't have dressers. And again no hangers so bring one of those foldable cubby things you can hang in the closet so you can put stuff away if wanted. The AC worked well. The water pressure was good for showering. The two queen beds were comfy according to the folks who used them. The double was a little firm for me but you may like that. All in all a solid place to land for the week.
