As evening arrives, gather around the fire pit, roast marshmallows, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the stars come out far from the noise and crowds of the city. Whether you're seeking adventure or complete relaxation, you'll find both here.

Perfect for a solo getaway, a romantic couples retreat, a girls' weekend, or a small family of up to four guests. Bring your boat, fishing gear, kayaks, or ATV and enjoy everything Lake Oconee has to offer just minutes away.

Coming June 2026, guests will enjoy an all-new outdoor living space featuring a stock tank pool for cooling off on warm Georgia afternoons, an expanded fire pit area, Adirondack chairs, string lights, and beautiful landscaping designed to create the perfect outdoor gathering space.

Located approximately one hour from both Atlanta and Athens, this is the perfect place to unplug, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the slower pace of lake life while still being close to everything you need.

Perfect for a fishing trip. Lake is close with boat ramp. Nice quiet place to stay. It was our second trip and plan on more.

Great for Fishing Trip

Location to lake was great. Mini house was nice and affordable for a fishing trip. Location was a plus sitting on 20 ancres. Owner of mini house was great and very responsive for assistance.

Nice spot off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle that has consumed the lake area. Very accommodating host and an overall pleasant stay. My only complaint would be that there is no guest book to explain the ins and outs of the rental (ie—Wi-Fi password, and or needs or do’s and don’t’s.) Thanks to the Renters for a great stay non the less.

The tiny house itself is super cute. The yard was a bit of a mess, and creepy, but once you get inside of the house it’s very cozy. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to my questions regarding check-in.

I do apologize for the yard. As I stated before you arrived, we have had a TON of rain and our yard just dried up. Usually, our yard is very well kept.

The property was beautiful and very relaxing. The tiny home was the perfect size. We spent most of our time in downtown Madison only about 30 minutes away from the tiny home. All the restaurants are wonderful and a lot of cute shops.

Along the way, I've stayed everywhere from luxury resorts to tiny hidden gems, and I learned that the places we remember most aren't always the fanciest, they're the ones that make us feel something.

That's why I love creating spaces that feel a little magical, cozy, and different from the average rental. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee while watching deer wander through the property, spending the day exploring Lake Oconee, or winding down around the fire pit beneath the stars, I want your stay to feel like a true escape from everyday life.

My goal isn't simply to provide a place to stay, it's to create an experience you'll remember long after you've gone home.

I chose this property because it reminded me of something many of us don't get enough of anymore: peace, privacy, and room to slow down.

The moment I walked the land, I could picture a place where people could disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with family, friends, nature, or simply themselves. Yet despite the feeling of seclusion, Lake Oconee's marinas, restaurants, golf courses, and attractions are only minutes away.

What I especially loved was how accessible it is. Located about an hour from both Atlanta and Athens, it's close enough for a spontaneous weekend escape, yet far enough away to truly feel like you've left the city behind.

To me, that's what makes this location so special, the ability to enjoy both adventure and tranquility without having to choose between them.
