Indigo View
This is a beautiful home were you can look out any window and have a lovely view. It is located on a paved road with plenty of parking in front, or in the back where there is a walkout basement. This lovely home was rescued from demolition and moved from its old location to its new location. It was placed on a new foundation, combining old comfort with new conveniences. The home has new flooring, all new paint throughout, and spacious bedrooms, 3 upstairs, 1 lower level. The large newer kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need if you like to eat in, and offers a second table in the attached sunroom.
We are just minutes from Columbus Junction for shopping, restaurants, parks and our famous 100 year old Swinging Bridge, also known as Lovers Leap. Also available 1 mile away is a pond at the owners residence for fishing year round. Louisa County offers large tracts of land for public hunting of wildlife and the popular morel mushrooms. Enjoy a quiet walk on the paths through the prairie or play games, billiards, ping pong or darts in the spacious game room . Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or back deck for a view of the sunrise. In the evening grill out on the back deck or sit on the front porch for a view of the sunset!
