Nice place

This is a very nice property with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and beach everyday. The pool water was a bit too warm at times. But very clean. We always were able to get chaise lounges in our desired area. Was surprised they didn’t have music piped in the pool area. The staff is very good, just aliitte slow to take food and drink orders at the pool. We used the fitness center a few times and it is a great place to work out. The mens shower room had a smoke detector that was chirping for three days straight before they changed the batteries. There is a fine dining restaurant that was excellent. Our only complaint was that they served us New York stripsteak one evening when we ordered ribeye. We didn’t send it back as we were too hungry. The room had great amenities, I would add a magnifying mirror for women to do their makeup. Also, don’t try to turn on the heat as the room units do not have heat.

Lovely place

Wonderful place to stay with my family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone. The villa felt like home with its cozy atmosphere and very comfortable beds. We loved the balcony that spanned the two bedrooms and living space, also the morning sun on balcony with evening shade was perfect. Easy walk to several eating places, night events and excursions. Cleaning crew every 2 days was very nice. All staff were nice and helpful. Pool cleaned every morning. Tennis courts were an added bonus. Amazing place.

Property is well taken care of and location is great to walk on the beach to downtown. Property manager was quick to get back with updates and room was clean and very spacious. Note, please remember to bring your own supplies as room did not have them but owner does mention this as well. Everything was lovely and had a great time.

Wonderful spot

Very clean and convenient, well appointed. Jana was extremely responsive via text and email. When wifi was not connected it was addresses right away - before we were even back from the pool.

Amazing property with beautiful views

We had a wonderful getaway and never needed to contact our host as everything was perfect. This was our second stay at Villa Estancia and first time renting this particular villa. Very spacious and comfortable with good WiFi and nice amenities. Will definitely be back for a longer stay

Wonderful Stay

This unit was so spacious for our family of 6. We had plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms were such a bonus. The unit was clean upon arrival. We did the all inclusive package so we didn't cook in the kitchen but it seemed fairly well stocked. The prices at the restaurants are very high but we didn't want to cook on vacation. We had a small housekeeping issue but Jana was quick to reply and sort out the situation. The only other very minor issue was when you would open or close the master bedroom door, it would loudly bang a plastic ceiling panel in the attached bathroom. It must create a vacuum of pressure or something but it didn't disrupt our stay at all. The resort grounds were immaculate and so beautiful. The pools were clean and warm. The hot tubs overlooking the ocean were one of my favorite places to relax. My kids utilized the activities at the neighboring property. They participated in towel folding, water ping pong, water aerobics and a cooking class. We attended a few of the nightly shows which were great. The neighboring property was much busier and chaotic so I was very happy that we could do the activities then return to our calmer, more relaxed resort. We had a wonderful stay and Jana was great to work with!

Nice family getaway

Visited first week of January, 2023. This was a well-kept unit in an all-inclusive resort. Jana was very easy to deal with. For those buying groceries for many days, I suggest using the market in the mall downtown. Walmart was a bit of crap-show and didn't have many of the things we wanted. We found the on-property restaurants (one outdoor cafe and one indoor) are incredibly overpriced for the overall experience. Only had appetizers at both, and had dinner in town a couple of nights. I like to cook when away from the hectic lifestyle at home, and found the kitchen pretty well stocked. The private gas grill was great to have. I understand the unit is also used as property rental, but it would have been nice to have some basic items on hand like seasonings, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, etc. Jana did provide a recommended shopping list and these things were on it. For those weighing all-inclusive over doing meal-prep: one guy's opinion: I enjoyed returning to the unit late afternoon to make fresh guac and prep the dinner with a cocktail, music, and some "me time". while the others finished their day on the beach. The beach is on the calm side for Cabo, meaning you can safely go in the water at this resort. The sand is basically crushed coral and flip flops are recommended! Beach chairs were available at 10:00 am for our group of 5 every day (no need to throw towels on them at 6:00AM).

Great stay in 3507 at La Estancia

Very nice unit at a great property! Would highly recommend and we will likely return here! What we liked most about the unit/property: - Large unit comfortably held our family of 7! - 3 bathrooms, laundry, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals - Beautiful resort with amazing pool areas/hot tubs! - Great beach area and views! - Jana is very quick to respond with any questions you may have! A couple tips if you stay at La Estancia: - Take a taxi to a local grocery store. There is a store on-site, but the prices at local stores are much better. - It's about 1 mile to the marina/restaurant area of Cabo. You can walk (which is what we did) or take a cab for about $12. There are great restaurants in Cabo! This was our first visit to Cabo, and we plan on returning!

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything went smoothly throughout our entire rental process. Jana was very prompt responding to any of our questions prior to our arrival. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bedroom with the two double beds had a separate entrance which was great for our adult children who stayed with us. The view from our balcony was incredible. We overlooked the pool area but also had great views of the ocean. The food at the property restaurants was delicious! There is also a supermarket on the grounds which has a deli with ready made foods. You won't be disappointed if you stay at this property! We will be back!

Great Family Trip!

We celebrated our 20th anniversary with our 2 adult daughters, 1 son in law, and 2 year old grandson at this fabulous resort style property February 18th-23rd. The views are amazing, the pools are great, the beach is very nice, the location to the marina is on point! We had the 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect. They have a little store on the property that has everything you need! Will definitely refer friends and family.

Stunning unit and complex

Beautiful condo! Group of five moms on a girls trip. We loved the condo (plenty of comfortable beds), the view from the deck, and the overall complex. Close to town for dinners and shopping. I plan to head back with my husband and rent the same unit. Jana was fantastic to rent from. Thank you!

We enjoyed the location and views from this property. The unit was so much more than we could have imagined. The service was wonderful. Overall, we would recommend Janas space to anyone looking to have a relaxing getaway to Cabo!

My top five favorite things to do in Cabo include:

1. Reading or listing to books at the pool, beach or terrace.
2. Working out in the morning at the fabulous on-site gym.
3. Grilling using the Weber BBQ on the terrace while drinking a glass of red wine and margaritas looking out at the Sea of Cortez.
4. Playing tennis and getting lessons from the onsite tennis pros.
5. Fine-tuning my frozen margarita recipe! * Use fresh limes NOT margarita mix. There is a lime hand squeezer/juicer in the unit. Recipe follows below.

Jana's Signature Grapefruit Jalapeno Frozen Margarita Recipe:
1) Fill blender with ice
2) Add 3/4 cup of tequila
3) Add 1/3 cup of triple sec
4) Add the juice of SIX-SEVEN limes (Use hand juicer.)
5) Add the flesh of ONE grapefruit (Remove all rind)
6) Add jalapeno to taste

It does not get better than this! ENJOY!

It is hard to believe we have owned 3507 for 10 years already. This has been one of the best real estate purchases we have ever made.

It is such a superb luxurious full-service property with deeded ownership it was a natural transition for us from the unpredictability of timeshare accommodations and we were no longer enamored with the timeshare resort environment.

Beachfront, full-service (on-site restaurants, gym, spa, maid-service, IT department, maintenance, security, etc.) and ownership were priorities for us.

As Medano Beach is regarded as one of the most swim-able beaches in Cabo San Lucus, and being conveniently located to downtown (walking distance) and proximal to Walmart and Costco, sealed the deal for us buying at Villa la Estancia.

We hope you love it as much as we do!

One of the things I truly enjoy is having my morning coffee on the balcony, looking out at the Sea of Cortez and reading the local daily papers 'Daily News'. Of course having a huge section of Medano Beach exclusively dedicated to La Estancia owners and guests is wonderful too!
