It was a very nice neighborhood. The house is older and had some minor issues but overall a great stay. The manager was very attentive and nice with very fast response for issues. All in all a good experience.

Great location! We were able to visit family, shopping, the beach and great food within a 20 minute drive. Plenty of room for the family. Game room was an added bonus. We received quick responses and an earlier check in time upon our arrival. We will stay here again.

The house needs work and some serious updates. The bbq and oven had not been cleaned, some tv remotes, outlets did not work and it is not fully equipped kitchen but had the basics and was clean and comfortable otherwise.

The house is in an excellent location. The host was easy to work with and acted quickly to repair a broken light fixture. There are, however, definitely some improvements that need to be made (tv remotes that don't work, rusty shower curtain rod, hokes in the walls where curtain rods used to be, etc). The house was clean for the most part, but there were some things that could have been cleaner. It was adequate at best.

Great place!

Family of 10 here, we had a great time! The house was great, it’s in a perfect location. We wanted to extend our trip for two days and the host was able to accommodate us!

4 generations from 4 states came together for a family reunion here for a week. Close to beach, grocery stores, etc. Quite neighborhood.

Cozy and Quiet Stay!

Check-in was a breeze and the host was very accommodating. The home has a nice large dining area, couch, and game room which is perfect for larger groups! We had a lovely time!

Lovely rental

This was a perfect stay for myself and my kids when visiting the area. Super close to anything and everything you could want. Beautiful kitchen and cozy bedrooms. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Great Family Vacation

The house was in a great location, close to our favorite beach. The beds were comfortable, the house had a cute beach theme, everything you’d need to stay away from home, and very roomy!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The beach was near by & we really enjoyed going to Indian shores over Clearwater, Indian shores was just more peaceful ( less people) We also really enjoyed the local coffee shops & food We were traveling with our 3 kids & my son & two grandkids came by to eat. There was plenty of room & they really enjoyed the game room.

Great location, beds and kitchen

Has everything you need. Kitchen is perfectly set up, beds are nice and the location is spot on. Does need a door on the master bathroom though, not a fan of doing my business in the open like that.

We rented this house for the close proximity to the beaches, and most definitely it was. A big added bonus was the neighbors were extremely friendly, and we felt very safe. The communications with the host were exceptional! The vacum went out, and I messaged her, so that I could keep the place tidy. And, a vacum was delivered the next day. We came home one night around 7:00 to find out we didnt have any water, due to a worker hitting the main water line coming into the house. The host was notified, and within 2 hrs or sooner she had contacted the city, and had the issue resolved, and we had water! I have made a couple of suggestions to them, after we checked out, to hang some blinds, and fix some electrical outlets. But, this didnt stop me from already renting this same house for the month of February 2027!!
