About this space
Beautiful, cozy, two-story post and beam private apartment at rear of historic home includes large southern exposure picture windows in living room and master bedroom, looking out on private woods and barn, as well as private porch entrance. One mile off I-93. Easy to Newfound Lake, Bristol, Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Plymouth, Ragged Mtn. Resort. TV in living room has Netflix and Disney Plus.
The space
Enjoy quiet and nature views behind while being able to step out the front door into historic village. Beds include Purple #2 in Master and Leesa in second bedroom. Apartment quiet, with lots of windows, exposed post and beam architecture, wide plank floors upstairs, and cozy eclectic vintage furniture on first floor. Full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and toaster oven. Inspected and approved by New Hampton Fire Department using National Fire Safety Association standards. Wifi and Smart TV with Netflix.
