This Beach condo offers all that and more! Tucked near a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and the Weirs beach boardwalk. Our condo accommodates up to six guests with two full baths, two bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. Our facility offers free private parking, a pool, playground, tennis courts, and more! We are a quick drive to both Gunstock Resort and Bank of NH Pavilion.

Property is in great location for Weirs beach area. Parking can be an issue if you arrive after 9pm. While place was clean and pictures are accurate, there are many items that need to be addressed- ie rusty closet doors that dont open/close, half painted walls and very dated heating/ac. I contacted owner regarding no lighting in Kitchen but it was not fixed- kinda hard to cook in a dark place!

It was exactly as advertised. Hist was extremely quick to respond to questions. I've stayed at other places on the property and I loved the fact that this one had a keybox entry and I didn't have go out to the front office to gain access. Very convenient, quiet and clean.

Basic with no bells and whistles, but charming and tru to descriptions and photos. Very comfortable beds, nicely updated bathrooms. Spotless kitchen and appliances. Coffeemaker did single serve or carafe. Air conditioning units in every room including ceiling fans worked immediately. Did not give 4/5 stars because towels were shabby and did not match. A few linens had bleach stains, drawer handles and closet doors problematic. Needed a welcome binder with a local sightseeing, restaurants. The pool was a lovely feature. Note that the only way in or out to this condo from the parking lot is down a flight of stairs and up a flight of stairs. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and were very comfortable and the owners were immediately responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely stay here again!

Quick Overnight Trip

Condo was dated but very clean and had everything we needed. Property grounds was very nice and great location with short distance to restaurants, pubs, breakfast.
