The Vineyard with our family

Lovely stay in MV!

Our family had a wonderful week at this gorgeous house! The house and yard/pool are clean and beautifully decorated with a great layout so that our extended family had plenty of room to spread out. We spent most days swimming in the pool, playing badminton, grilling and relaxing outside and can’t wait to return next summer.

Absolutely wonderful home for large group

Awesome Location, great vibe – tranquility, and privacy in this lovely home. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable together in the open living/dining/kitchen area as well as separately in each of the bedrooms. All five Bathrooms are lovely and clean as well. Highly recommended.

Exceptional in every way

We were thrilled to find that the house is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was thoroughly clean and very well equipped! Management was highly responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to beach and town. We look forward to returning!

Wonderful Week

My husband and I spent 7 wonderful nights here. The property is beautiful, private and comfortable. Perfectly appointed--we didn't want for a thing. Communication with Steve and Craig was excellent. We would come back over and over again without hesitation.

Best family vacation

We have been coming to the vineyard for many years and always in Edgartown area. Our family has grown and with differing schedules and grandchildren it is so nice to have a house that can accommodate all! The house was beautiful and so well equipped! A perfect vacation home for our extended family

My family just returned from July 4th week. This included my in-laws, husband, 3 daughters, son-in-law and 2 young granddaughters. We have stayed in several homes on the island over many years. This home checked all the boxes. It had private, spacious bedrooms and lots of modern bathrooms with a lovely open concept kitchen/living area. Very beautifully decorated and well appointed. We found ourselves spending a lot of time in and near the pool. The location was fabulous - perfectly situated between South beach and Edgartown center. We didn't want to leave! And Steve was a wonderfully attentive host. Top notch all around.

Memorable Stay in great location

We had 3 families with kids under 12 who vacationed here during Summer of 2022. It’s a wonderful property. Well appointed, comfortable beds, large common spaces, great kitchen layout, etc. The owner, Steve, and caretaker we’re very responsive and friendly. The pool is very nice, with plenty of seating and umbrellas for laying out for long durations. We had a fantastic time and hope to be back again soon!

Lovely property & a wonderful stay

The location is terrific with close proximity to several beaches and downtown Edgartown. The house is a wonderful oasis with the heated pool ensuring a great visit no matter what. Upon arrival Craig met us and walked us through all the amenities and answered questions. The house provided ample room for ourselves and our guests. We had a terrific time.

Exploring Martha’s Vineyard in the off-season

This was a beautiful property! Perfectly located within minutes of Edgartown. The home has comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a nice sized side yard with heated pool. My family enjoyed staying at the house and exploring Martha’s Vineyard.

Fabulous House in a Great Location

A fantastic MV vacation home!

We are return visitors to properties owned by this propery owner but this was our first stay at this particular home. What a joy! Perfect location to the beach and to downtown, we rode bikes everywhere. Despite some cloudy/cool weather, the privacy of the home allowed us to enjoy the pool/outdoor area - playing yard games. The house has everything you need. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful House

This is a lovely home with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a big yard that was perfect for games of fetch with our dog. It was too cold to have the pool open, but we can imagine that this would be a great summer spot with plenty of room to bring the grandparents, etc. The neighborhood is very flat and biking to Edgartown would be easy. Spotlessly clean and a friendly host/owner who checked in to make sure all was well.

Great off-season stay!

We enjoyed a lovely week in Katama. It was our first time visiting this area of the island and loved this property’s proximity to Edgartown and the beach. In summer it would be ideal, positioned close to the bike path. This home is beautifully done. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. The bedrooms and baths were generously sized. Communication with Steve and Craig was A+. We would welcome the opportunity to return to Katama!

Perfect luxury vacation home in Edgartown

Hard to overstate how perfect this house, owner and caretaker are for our family. We've been renting from Steve for I think 6 consecutive summers (the last 2 or 3 in this house), and we'll keep coming back for as long as Steve will have us, and in fact have extended next summer's stay to 3 weeks. Our family is now 7 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs and this house is ideal for us. Beautiful, spacious house with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, large living room, terrific and well-stocked kitchen and the best of all is the pool and pool area. About a mile from Katama Beach and about a mile from Edgartown shopping and restaurants, so the "right in the middle" location works really well for us, too. Every request is satisfied by either Steve or Caretaker Craig, who is excellent. When you add in the dog-friendliness this is a vacation home that is hard to improve upon in such an amazing locale. Thanks Steve and family!!

Offering tranquil scenery, beautiful beaches, expansive bike paths along the ocean, great towns, restaurants and nightlife, the Vineyard is truly the perfect location for a family getaway. We purchased a Vineyard property specifically to offer families an unforgettable vacation experience. With this in mind, we furnished it to mirror the luxury of a high end coastal resort, but with terrific amenities (e.g. private pool, flat screen TV/s, Sonos Surround Sound, video library, etc).
