Location was stellar! Hot tub was awesome after long days of hiking. Perfect setup for two couples. All amenities were utilized and much appreciated.

The location was great, the views were amazing. My son enjoyed the hottub. There was a small hiccup with a leak (normal thing that happens with a home. We contacted the host, there was immediate and great communication. Would absolutely recommend.

Our family, my husband, myself, and our young adult son, enjoyed our 3- night stay. We found the unit very clean, with a well- appointed kitchen. We loved sitting outside taking in the view on the 2 balconies, as well as the patio. We also appreciated that both bedrooms have a full bathroom, affording extra privacy. We loved that we were in walking distance to many beautiful trails, yet convenient to groceries and gas. The owner was immediately responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is a nice size: however it is in DIRE need of some love. The TVs did not work, remote controls did not work (even with new batteries), the upstairs bathroom with the tub/ shower is filled with black mold that had been caulked over. The other shower did not drain....3 inches of standing water. The washer was filled with black mold as well. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until the mold issue at a minimum is corrected. Needs new paint throughout.

Very well equipped condo. Comfy bedrooms. Great location. Kitchen had everything for a long stay. Owner worked with me on a parking issue so I could park my UTV and trailer nearby. Would definitely rent again!

In general, very comfortable and a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. For us, as older adults, the stairs, which are steep, were difficult. Also, the second bathroom needs updating. The bathtub is very high and difficult to step over, the water is very strong and the tub is slippery. Also, although it is common in these places to find a lack of kleenex and napkins, they'd be much appreciated. If you are a young or middle-aged person, these things would likely not seem bothersome. I appreciated the quick and courteous communication with the owner. And the patio was nice to spend the evening. It was way too hot to use the hot tub, so I can't comment on that. I would maybe go again as it is reasonably priced and comfortable, but not until the cooler months of fall arrive.

Nice unit. Nice location.

Would recommend this townhouse. Great for families. Spacious living rm and kitchen. Bathroom for each bedroom. Balconies next to each bedroom and a spacious patio. We treat rental homes with the same care that we treat our home. Like shoes off at the door, cleaning up after every meal. So we really appreciate it when a rental is very clean when we enter it. This place was well-kept. The place had many small extras that enhance the stay. Needed a cooler for a day trip. Found a large cooler and a small soft cooler. Remote control battery was dying. We found extra batteries in a drawer. Red Rock parking pass that owner provided saved us from having to pay for parking in some of the sightseeing areas. Owner accommodates requests and is quick to respond to messages.

The property was as described, clean and well organized. We had all the necessary kitchen appliances. It was well stocked, beds were comfortable, view was amazing. We will definitely be back any time we visit Sedona.

We absolutely loved our time at your condo- the location in Oak Creek was perfect for us. Plenty of room and boy did we enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

Birthday weekend

Traveling through Sedona for a long weekend. We stayed 2 night and it was perfect for us. Clean, quiet, away from the traffic of downtown but close enough to do everything. Hot tub was a bonus each night after hiking. Thanks for a great weekend!

Perfect Hiking Location

This is an amazing property! It is a perfect location to numerous trails and within walking distance of the Bell/Cathedral Rock trail systems. It was clean and very comfortable with ample parking. The town of Oak Creek is delightful and a short distance from Sedona. I will definitely book again!

Great location, great townhome

We had a great stay in Village of Oak Creek. The townhome was clean, views were great, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect. We walked to multiple meals out and to the grocery store. Great hikes were very close, some even walkable. When a dear stuffed animal was left by mistake, the owner was quick to respond and help it find its way home!

We purchased this townhouse because of its location in the Village of Oak Creek, its proximity to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities and it is zoned commercial so short term vacation rentals are not a problem. The townhouse is spacious (1240 SF) and built with the highest quality materials and furnishings such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Village of Oak Creek which is in our opinion the best location in the Sedona area as the traffic is much less congested than West Sedona, Uptown Sedona or Oak Creek Canyon. We have great views of the Red Rocks. Sedona is one of the top tourist destinations in the world with year round travelers. Every day is a weekend.

Our townhouse is located close to Bell Rock, a favorite hiking spot in all of Sedona. Our townhouse has great views and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We are close to 3 golf courses, tennis, hiking and biking. There is a great bakery right across the street. We include coupons for a 10% discount to to Cucina Rustica, a great Italian restaurant near our townhouse. We also include coupons for a free round of golf at Canyon Mesa Country Club when you purchase another round, and discounted rates at Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club. Coupons are on our Welcome Table. All locations are close to our townhouse. We have an incredible 6 person hot tub on the back patio with great views of the Red Rocks and it is only for the use of our unit J renters. It seems to have a jet for every body part. It is so relaxing after a long day of hiking, biking or other outdoor activities.
