You'll find a plush queen-sized bed, sofa, dinette, and kitchen with all the cooking essentials you'll need including a k-cup coffee maker, range, refrigerator, and microwave.
The 50" flat-screen SmartTV is connected to WIFI so you can connect to your favorite streaming service.

You can also step outside and enjoy the shared deck space of the Sugar Mill Creek clubhouse for more room.
Located in the North Georgia mountains near Lake Burton, this property is close to hiking, wineries, antiques and more. You can explore the nearby towns of Helen, GA, Clayton, GA, Toccoa, GA, Clarkesville, GA and more with just a short 10-15 minute ride through the gorgeous and beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in any direction.
Parking notes: there is one parking spot available for one vehicle.
Lost key fee: there is a $120 fee if you lose the room key.
Also, no boats, campers, trailers, etc. are allowed into the community.
