Ideal location

I was able to stay less than a mile from my family member and explore the city at my leisure. It was a great place to stay.

Overall pleasant stay

The duplex was clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom.Our only issues were that it was in a neighborhood where dogs were loose. There was no sidewalk so we had to walk on the very narrow street. There is nothing really close or easy to go to walking as the property description said. The area is very dark and it did not make me feel safe to walk after dark. It is a quiet neighborhood but pretty run down. In a nicer area and with the close assess stated, this little duplex would be great.

Small touches

There were several small touches that made the home feel warm and cozy, it was also a nice quiet neighborhood. Things that could be improved are the floor needs to be replaced, better more comfy seating in the living room and a bigger not so firm bed would really set it over the top. Thank you!

Good little house close to downtown as described

The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us.
