This property is both functional and beautiful. The decor exudes elegance. Beautiful modern living and dining room. Nice beaches couple minutes away. Relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place to stay.
2 vehicles allowed per stay on driveway
You will be provided with towels, linen, and soap

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Quiet hours: Official City quiet hours are between the hours of 11pm to 7am every day. During this time, please keep outdoor noise levels to minimum as to not disturb the neighbors.

NO PARTIES Allowed
Please No Boats Allowed or a fee will be applied

Garage off limits!!
Studio occupied by a tenant private and gated. Not shared space

Please Do Not take plates, cups, sheets, pillows, and etc Out of the property.
Will be a fee charged for missing items out of the property.

An excellent property. Loved the open plan design, garden and closeness to I-95 for travelling. A very quiet neighborhood too. Would definately come back here.

Beautifully decorated and very clean

Host was very responsive. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Stayed here with another couple. Enjoyed our stay. Very nicely decorated. Huge tv's in all the rooms.

Excellent location

Nice quite neighborhood. I believe the best review is when some says they will return, which we will. My advice, try it yourself & you can decide.

It says it sleeps 10 but only had enough plate sets for 4, we did go buy more silverware to leave there. There is only 1 kitchen towel and dish rag. Could use more towels it only had a couple. We were never informed early that a man lived in the premises in the garage. Was not comfortable with that, not knowing if he had the code to the door when we left to sightsee.

Communication could have been better. Questions to owner before arrival were not answered until I called and left a message three days later. Checkout instructions did not come when expected. House is pretty much what you see in pictures. Water pressure at kitchen sink is very low. Otherwise things were fine.
