Could of been cleaned better, you can’t use garage due to owner uses it for storage, the heat/air thermostat wasn’t working, it got extremely hot (85 degrees), then the stove wouldn’t work. If you used the oven (which did not work properly), you couldn’t use the top (the landlord said you had to sit directly on the burner) still didn’t work. And if you have children, they wouldn’t be able to play outside. Junk and dangerous boards all in the back up against the house. It had plenty of room, enough bathrooms,

This was a great house, just as advertised, plenty of room for the whole family. Wonderful quiet neighborhood just outside of town close enough to get everywhere we needed within 10 minutes. Had a question for the owner and he responded immediately and was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Fantastic for family gatherings!

We stayed here for a long weekend family reunion with 5 families, so each got a bedroom. The pictures don't give the space justice. The great room is very spacious, as are the bedrooms! We never felt cramped. Adults could spread out upstairs and kids were playing in the huge basement. The inside of the property has been very recently renovated and looks to just need some finishing touches, such as some outlet covers. Outside is also fantastic space, big and flat enough for all kinds of sports and yard games. The outside structures and decks have not been recently renovated, so we had to watch the kids closely, so they didn't play around loose boards. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was good, we never ran out of hot water. We would absolutely stay here again!

Smoke and Mirrors

We had such high hopes for this property. The pictures and the reviews made it look as though it was an oasis outside of the city. But upon further inspection, the house was unfinished on the inside, as well as there were dead bugs everywhere. They were lots of exposed outlets and light switches. There was a hole in the door of one of the bedrooms. Lots of the lights in the closets did not work. Ceiling fans and televisions did not work in every area of the home. The home also stated it included a sofa sleeper and there was only a sofa and a chase lounge, which does not qualify as a sofa sleeper. One of two air mattress that was provided deflated and was not able to be used. There was even a cloth shower curtain that was so dingy that it was discolored due to mildew stains. This house I feel should be removed from the market for period of time in order to correct all of these things prior to renting out again. This home has great potential but needs a lot of attention.

House was very roomy and spacious, worked very well for our family that were going to atend a wedding in the area. Plenty of bathrooms for our group to get ready.

Very clean and well stocked

The property was as advertised, very clean and wonderful to stay at. Everything was very well stocked as far as paper products and soap. We would definitely rent this again.

School group

We stayed at this property for the FFA State Convention. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 students and 3 chaperones. It was close enough to MU that we were able to commute without any major issues and the yard was big enough that if the weather would have cooperated we could have done some outside activities.

Great stay

We enjoyed our girls weekend stay. The open kitchen and living room area was large enough for us all to gather in comfortably. A few hiccups during our stay, but the owner/property manager was very responsive and took care of them quickly. One suggestion is the kitchen needs a few baking dishes such as a 9x13 etc.

From the great restaurants, to live music, festivals, Mizzou athletics, many many golf courses, etc. Once you've experienced what Columbia has to offer, its hard not to come back!

This neighborhood is wonderful for many reasons; It's quiet to start. It's off the beaten path, yet only 10 minutes back to the liveliness of downtown. The home has wide open space to enjoy indoor and outdoor. Safety and security is always a positive.

My home is unique in that you won't find many properties in the area with this much space and accommodations for a large group of people. Columbia has so many events throughout the year that draw a large group making it very cost effective for everyone to stay under one roof.
