Show off your culinary skills amongst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen, and engage in memorable family meals at the formal dining table. When you aren't relaxing in the sunlit living room, check out the home's bedrooms. The primary bedroom features all of your favorite amenities, such as a kitchenette, Smart TV, private outdoor access, and an en suite bathroom. Rinse off the sun every day in the primary bathroom's impressive walk-in shower or in the other bathroom's spa-like soaking tub. An extra perk, each of the bathrooms is equipped with a bidet. The additional bedrooms are just as comfortable with their private TVs, high-quality linens, and central air.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 100 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
