Unfortunately our visit was overshadowed by lack of hot water in the cabin. From the start we had issues with the hot water. We could never enjoy the indoor jacuzzi. The cabin’s hot water tank isn’t adequate. We couldn’t even get the water to stay hot to fill up to the jets. Then it’d take about 45 mins to reheat. That was very disappointing. Then the hot water heater went out and we had NO hot water for over 24 hours. Maintenance discovered that the breaker was OFF. The owners said someone “maliciously turned off the breaker and they were investigating it”. I have no idea where they got that from. Why would someone come to just their cabin to turn off just that breaker switch?? They have a camera by the front door and that didn’t help. Side note - this was our first time staying in a cabin where the owners can watch you coming and going. I understand things go wrong but what was most disappointing was they weren’t very apologetic and offered no compensation for the lack of hot water. Near the end of stay, I asked if they were offering any compensation. They said the investigation was pending and to date we’ve never heard back from them. We might consider staying here again because the view is great, if hot water issues were solved, but will not because the master bed is too firm/hard. Lastly, while the cabin was very clean, it’s annoying that the owners literally have lock boxes on the thermostats. You have to contact them to adjust temps. They’ll adjust but still a pain.

Everything was great, kitchen has every appliance you could ask for! Very clean and nice! Excellent area and views, saw a bear in the woods below cabin, that was really cool! Definitely going back!

Honeymoon of our dreams

This was honestly one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed at. TN is my happy place, so we found this cabin and so glad. The view is worth the money alone! We couldn’t get enough. Leaving was super sad, but we have voted to definitely come back in the near future!

Great views and quiet location

This was our second time using this cabin and it continues to be a treat. The views are great and the location is nice and quiet at night. Nice respite from the activity of the tourist spots.

2024 was a year of much refining and our family has many blessings and many trials. We were looking to just get away from our daily lives and experience some good family time. The ride there even had some hurdles to overcome. But once we arrived and were able to take it easy, we were very blessed. The cabin was perfect. The view was amazing. The attractions were exciting. We really enjoyed this place. Our family was very blessed and were thankful this cabin was available.

Amazing views!

Great location with gorgeous Mountain Views. The property was clean, 15-20 mins from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Communication with owners was rapid and every request was granted. Hot Tub was nice and hot! Fully recommend this stay! 10 out of 10.

6th Anniversary celebration

great stay. absolutely beautiful cabin. porch/balconies not totally private.main floor balconies fully visible by neighbors on one side and Lower balconies with hot tub visible by other neighbor. We were thrilled neither home was in use during our visit. Great views, quiet, and cozy. Minor issues: The bed was a bit firm for us. and the steak/cooking knives really needed to sharpened. Otherwise this is a fabulous cabin. We will be back!

Stunning views

This cabin is the way to go for a small family. The drive to the cabin was much better than others we have stayed at. Of course the road is steep but not nearly as narrow as other roads. The cabin was clean and stocked very well with all the essentials. Everything worked in the cabin as it should. We had 1 lazy day and the living room tv with surround sound was great. The views from the back of the cabin were amazing. Usually when you book a rental like this they take the best pictures of the view and once you arrive the view is not as good. Not with this cabin. The view was even better. The loft for the kids to sleep was very comfortable and could fit all 3 of our kids (even though the little one came sleep with us in the king bed which was very comfortable). After staying in this cabin, we have all dreamed of owning a cabin like this with the stunning view and close to everything we need. We will definitely book this cabin again in the future (hopefully near future), and I will suggest this cabin to my friends and family. As the Terminator said "I'll be back."

Awesome Anniversary Getaway

This cabin is in a great location. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. The kitchen is very well stocked with any appliance you might need. Compared to other Vrbo properties we have stayed at this cabin is high on the list. We actually did not want to go many places cause the cabin felt so comfy and relaxing. We soaked in the large hot tub while watching the sunset over the mountains. Then we relaxed in a bubble bath in the large jacuzzi tub. It was a much needed spa getaway. The bed was very comfy. The master bedroom has an electric heater fireplace which was a nice touch. My husband was a little discouraged that he could not control the thermostat. He got cold upstairs at night and did not want to contact owners at midnight or 3am. I personally was fine cause the thermostat was set on 72 degrees most of the day and never got over 74 degress at night. Definitely read the book on coffee table for how to work the tv and surround sound. Also read the bear warning. Lol We had an encounter at the property pool that was to close for my comfort so we wanted to stay at cabin and sit in hot tub for the rest of our stay. We highly recommend this cabin for couples or families with small children.

We have been married over 35 years, we have 3 sons, 3 daughters-in-love, 5 grandchildren, 1 deaf dog, 1 blind cat, and a homemade fishpond full of koi and goldfish. We live in a rural area of North Carolina with a view of mountains and a cow pasture.

The view is simply spectacular at this cabin. The floorplan is very homey, lots of open space on the main level first floor. The downstairs bedroom is big and has a nice private bath with a jetted tub. The window in the master bedroom has a great view, you can wake to a view of the Smoky Mountains every morning!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This cabin has some of the BEST views in the area! The cabin has a hot tub, pool table and arcade games. When we bought this cabin in 2013 we took a month to upgrade it before we rented it out. We added a big screen TV with Bose surround sound. We added insulation to make the cabin surprisingly more cozy, and energy efficient, and the floor is warmer in winter. We added window treatments and pictures on the walls. We fixed anything that was broken (leaks, loose boards), and we stained the cabin. In 2019, new carpet was put in. In 2022 - New Hot tub, trees around the cabin with potential to block the view were cleared! In 2023 - Safety inspection with all recommendations completed, including new rails outside, and higher rails around the outdoor hot tub. Plus a fresh staining outside.
You will find this cabin is well maintained and cared for!
