Covered parking, with guest parking upfront available on a first come bases.

A Coastal stylish interior with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping 6 comfortably, including a large wall mounted Smart TV in the living room and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Master bedroom suite includes king bed, " Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has queen with a Smart TV and en-suite. This Full bathroom also has easy access into the hallway. A spacious screened Direct Gulf View lanai make this the ultimate Florida vacation spot. Full Kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances and LARGE Brand-new washer and dryer laundry in the unit. Perfect location. Literally “on the beach.” Condo was clean and update for an older building. Balcony furniture was perfect. Would stay again!

Over all very happy with our stay. Given my back and hip problems an elevator would make things much easier and enjoyable, but we knew when we booked it was stairs. Two years in a row we have had a great time and will still consider another stay in spite of the stairs if that tells you anything.

The condo was on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Kitchen well stocked. Condo needs a lot of TLC and needed a deep cleaning.

Communication was good. You can’t beat the location right in the gulf. Beds were comfortable. The place could use a little love but overall a nice stay with an outstanding view.

The location was beautiful - the view can’t be beat (although the balcony has very little airflow since it’s screened in - that would be my only complaint but it’s probably to help keep bugs at a minimum). Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the lay flat couches did the trick for two if my kids. Something we didn’t realize that they don’t have any control over is that the rooms may be on the same floor but there are separate stairs for every two condos. Our friends were staying just 3 condos down but to get to them we had to go down two flights of stairs and then up two. There are no elevators. We were ok but someone who doesn’t do stairs well may like to know that bit of info. Loved Anna Maria Island and absolutely loved being right on the beach.

Condo was very clean and well-equipped. Deborah, the host was very easy to communicate with and kept us informed of things going on at the Condo. Beautiful mornings listening to the waves and amazing sunsets in the evenings.Only issue we had was the condo complex does not allow charging of electric golf carts.

The unit was in at the perfect location and the condo had all the accommodations we would need for our family with small children. The water and sand was beautiful! We made wonderful family memories at this location and were even able to see baby sea turtles hatch! The management was quick to our questions and any issues that arose.

Family Spring Break

We loved the location on the beach, sunsets were gorgeous. We rented bikes to get around to the north end/south end. Property had everything we needed and beach was so peaceful. This is your place if you are looking for beach time!

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ample amount of towels, bed linens, pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the Nespresso machine was very much appreciated! The provided beach towels and chairs were a great addition to our vacation. Very clean and nicely decorated, with a stunning view from the large balcony! Communication was excellent; the host responded immediately to our questions. The check in & check out process was clear and easy. My family will definitely stay here again!

Stairs were a killer for us 80 year older. Thankfully the young people came to the rescue with getting the luggage up & down. Place was very clean & set up nicely.

Very nice condo. Beautiful view of Gulf. Loved the view and screen porch. Nicely furnished. Complete kitchen Beds comfortable. Shower water pressure could have been better. The pass word for the FREE WIFI did not work. Email was different than book in condo and neither of them worked. No response when asked for correct password.

Vacation

Condo is terrific and as described in the listing, we could see no hurricane related damage. Very clean! Lots of towels/linens available. Direct gulf view is wonderful. Pool is nice. Communication with property manager/owner very prompt. Island still recovering from hurricane damage but things look far better than we thought they would, particularly the beaches, and we found plenty of restaurants and shops open.
