My family had a great time. Brad & Joan were great if we had any questions they answered right away.

Had a great time everything was clean and a lot of room for the family. Love to be able to relax outside and watch a movie by the pool that is awesome to have. My son like the games they had. I would stay here again without question. Nice to see that we we’re token care of even after we got there lot of places are done with you after you pay but not brad & Joan they really make your stay amazing.

Spring break Family Get Together 2022

This house was perfect for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. The theater room was a big hit for all of us as well as the pool and spa. We had all the room we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies anyone would need. The owner was very helpful with the few questions we had and took care of everything immediately. Close to all your shopping needs. Would highly recommend this house and definitely rent this in the future.

Fun escape

We enjoyed a week stay in Haines City. We were down from Minnesota and while the weather was a little chilly (low 70s) we were able to swim and use the hot tub all week—the heated upgrade is well worth it! We enjoyed movies in the theater room, a few games of pool and arcade too. House was stocked with the essentials and owners were so prompt all the way through (from booking to checkout). Rooms were decorated so cool! Our kids LOVED the Jurassic and Minion themes and Marvel in the theater room! Nice showers, comfy beds, comfy furniture throughout! Outdoor space was the best—-we spent most of our time out by the pool/patio. If you are using this as a hub to Orlando area — or to make day trips to the either coast—it is perfectly centrally located! Thank you! Stacee

Wonerful, Wonderful, WONDERFUL!!

There's TOO much to say about this property, so I'll try to keep it short and in list format. 1. Brad was so easy to work with. He replies quickly to all messages. 2. The check-in process was quick and easy (always a plus after a flight) 3. The scent. I'm a huge fan of nice smells, so I had to put this near the top of the list. As soon as you open the front door, you are greeted by what I can only describe as the smell of an autumn bakery (if that's even a thing). I'm not sure what the scent is, but it was VERY nice. It's something 99% of owners don't consider. I really appreciated that. 4. The photos are great, but this place is amazing in person. My 2 sons especially loved the theater room. We played Minecraft all week on the large projector screen. All rooms were great, but the Master on the main floor was luxury all the way! Surprisingly, my sons bypassed the 2 themed rooms upstairs and opted for one of the other Master suites. They wanted a big boy room. The pool area was perfectly secluded on all sides with huge exotic looking plants on the back side of the property. It was like being in your own private paradise. FYI, the max depth is 5 feet. Just a piece of info I always inquire about. The outdoor TV and outdoor ceiling fan was a big plus. We ate all our meals out on the pool deck and binged lots of Pokemon on Netflix. We were in the pool EVERY day! 5. The kitchen is fully stocked and very well decorated. 6. The gated community is very well maintained and peaceful. I will say this particular property backs to a public street on the other side of the wall, so you do get a bit of road noise (nothing crazy though). I'm a city guy, so it didn't bother me. 7. The worst part of this experience was the check-out; we didn't want to do it. LOL There are other details I could share, but I believe what I shared will help you make your decision. Pulling into the driveway of this place felt like coming home each day. My wife, my sons, and I look forward to doing this again. Best family vacation ever! Thanks Brad!!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at this property! Our kids (ranging in age from 8 to 15) enjoyed the pool, pool table, and arcade cabinet. The location is excellent. It is close to a Walmart and several fast food places and restaurants. It is about a half an hour away from Disney and Legoland. The property managers are very attentive and reply to messages promptly!

Amazing Stay

Everything was amazing from the moment we booked the property to the time we checked out. The Villa is modern with newer furniture. The owners are very responsive to messages. We never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response, so communication was great! The villa was super accommodating for our party of 10 and offered so many things to do. Whether it was playing a game of pool, hanging out under the lanai, playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing old school arcade games, Play Station games or watching movies in the Theater room, we all had a blast! There were enough chairs between two dining tables that we could all sit and eat at the same time. That was really nice. Another wonderful feature was having 5 bathrooms! The Villa was stocked well with plenty of dishes, cookware and towels! We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated but didn’t realize they work together so the pool was too warm for us, since the outdoor temperature was in the 90’s. That wasn’t a problem and the Property Manager was able to turn it off for us. The owners are very understanding and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again, the next time we are in the Orlando area. The location was convenient for us as well and had plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

Amazing family vacation!

We had an amazing 6 days with our children and my mother in law. Enjoyed the pool during the day and the game room at night. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it! We look forward to booking one of the villas in 2023 when the calendar is available. Thanks again!

Fantastic villa!!!

Such a great place! The pool, pool table, arcade, movie room, we enjoyed it all. We spent the week going to and from the Orange County convention center for the AAU National volleyball tournament and multiple trips to Universal Studios. It was a really great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Villa

The property was amazing. It was more than the pictures show. The house was extremely clean and stacked with everything you have in your own home and more. Our grandsons loved the game room with the theatre and of course the pool. They played in the pool everyday. We were close to Disney, Universal and Legoland. I would recommend this villa to anyone. It was luxury at its best. Brad and Jean were wonderful hosts. They were always a phone call away. Summary: EXCELLENT

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your awesome house! Everything was exactly as listed! When we arrived in Orlando the car rental company that we had rented from three months prior was completely sold out of cars not just for us but for about 200 other customers. So finally arriving at the property at midnight we so so elated to find the property very clean, extremely well stocked with all kitchen needs, and the pool was amazing! Thank you so much for making our vacation so amazing. It really was our saving grace!

Florida STAYcation was as advertised!!!

Chose this property based on its amenities, as our family decided to have a STAYcation Florida style! Since we were not visiting the big parks this trip it was all about relaxation. The house, pool, hot tub, and theatre room were just as advertised. We swam all day, watched movies and Netflix on the large theatre screen all night, slept in the next morning, woke up and hit repeat! For us it couldn’t have been better for our trip. Location was great, plenty of options for different food places that we don’t have in MN. My kids loved having their own king size beds and bathrooms. Owners were in contact to let us know we could check in early, and when I had a question the response was extremely quick. Our family had a fantastic time and are already talking with some friends about when we could all head down together.

The house is even better in person! It worked great for our family of 7 and could have fit more comfortably. The pool and movie room are a super awesome feature. We will definitely be staying again! Brad was very prompt and excited to help us out with any questions.

This place is stunning. So nice. It’s everything stated in the listing.

Great place. Has everything you need. Owner is awesome. Answered all of our questions promptly. All the guards at gate May it easy access after checking in. If you need a large place this is it.

Florida wedding trip

I stayed at this beautiful property, along with my nephew, his fiance and niece. The home was clean, spacious and close to many attractions, including some awesome restaurants. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and theater/entertainment room. Brad, the owner, was always available to answer any questions. We had an excellent time!

The house was great - exactly what we were looking for; pool was nice, movie room was perfect, and the remainder of the house was very nice and exactly how it was described. I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation in Florida

We very much enjoyed our stay in Haines City, FL and had a relaxing vacation. The booking procedure was swift and Brad and Joan were very responsive throughout our stay and answered our questions instantly. The house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable for a good night sleep. The kids especially loved the Minions bedroom, the (heated) pool, and the movie theater. Overall a really nice and well equipped home in a perfect location to enjoy the many attractions in the area.

Work trip

The property is beautiful and well located between Tampa/St. Pete and Orlando. Brad and Robin were both easily reachable and quick to respond to our needs. We will be back.

AMAZING !!!!

My family and I stayed for the week of my 35th birthday. We are family of 9 including my mother with age ranges from 1 - 55 and plenty for everyone to do. The property was exactly as advertised. Brad was easy to contact and was very accommodating. Any problems were resolved quickly but nothing major at all. Robin(property manager) was very helpful. We decided to get heat for the pool halfway through our stay which made the spa so much more enjoyable. We didn't go to any parks but this house was in a great location. Not far from parks or shopping. Despite Covid I was able to enjoy my birthday and make new memories with my family. Thank you so much for the hospitality and for being so helpful and accommodating 💞 would absolutely stay again.

We love visiting Florida several times a year to visit the parks and ensure the villa is being kept at the standard you would expect. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!

This is not your typical Disney villa rental. We visit several times a year to ensure our home will exceed your expectations upon arrival. We are constantly making upgrades and as such the photos you see on this website are current and accurate unlike others that are taken at the time they are constructed and never updated.

Furthermore, we believe that we are in the very best location. Prior to purchasing we rented in communities throughout the Disney area and found Calabay to be our favourite. The quiet area combined with a multitude of restaurants, shops, and stores makes it the perfect area to stay. Close to Disney but just outside the very busy parks.

We know that once you book our amazing home that you will not be disappointed! Thank you for considering!
