The condominium while in a woodland environment it is within a short 10 minute walk or by a reliable shuttle service to Tremblant’s Village. This location is well situated for easy and direct access to the all season activities and events in the Village and to the larger region while providing wonderful and quiet living environment amongst the trees.

Customer service was excellent. We were informed the day before our trip that our unit had received water damage and was not useable, but they automatically moved us to a different unit that was actually an upgrade with no extra charge an no need for me to ask. The pool area is also fabulous! Not only is there a regular pool, there are 2 hot tubs, lap pool and both steam and dry saunas. The location is convenient. We mostly walked or rode our bikes to the pedestrian village. It is about 1/2 mile to the bottom of the village if you take the pedestrian paths. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The property is a quick hike to the village. There is a lot of uphill or downhill walking, so not the best for those with mobility issues There is a shuttle, but we found it was quicker just to walk vs wait

A tremblant getaway

Les Eaux is a great complexe close to the village and has shuttle transportation. The condo has everything you need and is spacious for 2 people. Very convenient having laundry in the unit.We had an issue with the coffee maker and a new one was replaced same day. Communication was always great and quick to respond. The hosts were great.I would recommend this property for a cozy getaway.

Not Quite Perfect

The location is excellent (the spa area as part of Les Eux). The rooms clean, pleasant. Unfortunately the internet did not work (no matter the calls for support), and, partyers and noise / banging from upstairs until 1 a.m. was excessive, then, the water shut off (dampness in bathroom causes this) beeper was going off by itself in the middle of the night. Wouldn't say the master bedroom King was a comfortable bed (for me), so overall, I like the facility and setting, but this experience could have been better.

Dear Kurt, Thank you for your review and your honesty, we love to hear how our guest does feel this is the way we improve our services to our guest. We do know you've been through some issue while you where our guest that is why we sent you a 10% discount to apolagize for the inconvenient, but we must say that we tough the Internet was back since you did not call again the next day for support As for the noise this should never happen in those condo there is very strict rules, sorry for that, if you go through this in the futur you had the phone number of the security in your instructions if you had call them they would have come right away and make sure that there would be no party, we understand it was not pleasant you are right we totally agree with you. And as for the water it is a security switch that turns the water off when there is too much water on the floor, I understand the desagrement but all our condo as this security switch in case if there is a leak it only take 30 second to reset the switch. We are sorry again for all the inconvenient and hope you did still enjoyed your stay while you where here and that the 10% discount did show we do care about our guest. We hope we will have the pleasure to host you again ! Very kind regards
