The home sits in a residential neighborhood surrounded by trees and gardens. Relax on the deck, grill the day’s catch, or build a fire and enjoy S’mores in the evening. All of Cape Cod is accessible from this vantage point just south of Falmouth Rd (28). Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Sam and I have been married 40 years, and we have travelled the world. We love finding wonderful vacation spots here at home. We have been coming to Cape Cod for many years now and love everything about the location.

We chose Centerville for its location and wonderfully quiet neighborhood. When you are just south of Falmouth Road (28) you can access a number of beaches as well as historic towns in under 2 miles.

This home is built in the classic full cape style on a generous piece of property. The home is larger than it looks and can accommodate two families. There is ample parking and a large garden to roam and enjoy.
