Delightful 2nd floor 2bed/2bath + Den, balcony with amazing Catalina Mountain views. Located near Sunrise & Swan, residents have easy access to shops, dining options, golf courses, hiking and biking trails. This home has it all! The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded to provide a modern and elegant feel. The Primary Suite is designed in a loft style and features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. 3rd bedroom is setup as a den/home office.

Dakotah Hills Condo

We throughly enjoyed our month stay in Karens' lovely condo. Although near a main intersection, we only heard an occasional coyote chorus coming from the wash behind the building. Having Safeway across the street was very convient too.The kitchen was well stocked, furniture and bed very comfortable, and high quality linens were a treat. We highly recommend this home!

Beautiful unit with a fabulous view

This second floor unit is in one of the best buildings in the gated complex, with extraordinary views of the Catalina mountains from most of the rooms. The primary suite is a loft upstairs from the living room and includes a large and functional walk in closet off the 3 piece bath. Large shower upstairs and the bathroom downstairs has a whirlpool tub. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings throughout including power recliners and love seat in the living room. Kitchen has everything you need and there is a second bedroom and den on the main floor. Host was extremely easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.
