We rented this house for our daughter and a few of her friends to stay as they arrived to the area and prepared for her wedding weekend. It was just perfect! It was such a nice, clean place with great decor! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our needs! Very nice! The driveway in back (away from the busy road) was a nice feature too! The area was safe (something my police officer husband wanted to be sure of) and the house was easy to find. The best thing, though, was the fast communication with/from Ashlea! She was so accommodating and helpful in all regards. If we ever need a place to stay again in this area, we will definitely stay here! Thanks, Ashlea, for the great experience!

This property is welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully put together. We were traveling with 4 adults, a dog and a baby and had plenty of space to relax and visit. Our host was lovely, friendly and quick to respond. Check in and out instructions are clear and concise. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What can I say about this place? It was perfect for us and our two pups. It became our little home away from home for us. Ashlea was super responsive (we got locked out once) and everything was exactly as listed. Fantastic. 100%!!

Comfortable, clean & welcoming!

This house was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. We are a family of six, and there was plenty of room for all of us for sleeping, dining, and spending time together. (We were delighted to see there was a HUGE selection of board games and puzzles to enjoy!) All of the appliances are brand new, including a washer and dryer, which I was very grateful to be able to use. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds and bedding in each room felt fresh and new, and the decor was beautiful and welcoming. Ashlea was also a very responsive and helpful host! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There were many things we appreciated about this little cottage! The photos of the decor first attracted us to it. It was fun and creative just like the photos. It was very, VERY clean. The kitchen was well stocked with a lot of little extra touches and ways to make coffee or tea. The furniture was well maintained and comfortable and the king bed was comfortable. The bathroom towels were fluffy and white. Nightlights inside and solar lights outside were very helpful in navigating the dark. Communication with our host, Ashlea, was great - she responded quickly! And graciously let us check in an hour early as well. There was a nice neighborhood across the street with sidewalks where we walked our dog. A few things that could be improved. We couldn't use the back door near where the car was parked because the hardware was broken. So, we needed to bring everything around the house to the front door. That wasn't a big deal but there were grass clippings on the sidewalk and driveway and we had to be careful so we didn't track that into the house or our car. Written instructions on how to adjust the thermostat and keep it from reverting back to a set temperature would have been helpful as well as a note on the nuance of pushing the start button twice on the washing machine. Initially, the house smelled fine but after the first night, there was a mildew/musty smell especially in the bathroom. We had to be careful navigating divots on the narrow gravel alleyway to the driveway.

Cute, Cozy house close to Downtown

Six girls stayed at this rental for a Fort Wayne bachelorette. It was a convenient distance from Downtown Fort Wayne. The beds were big enough that we were able to share two to a bed instead of breaking out the cot and sleeping on the couch. The owner was extremely organized and made the check in and check out process super easy. We loved it and had a great weekend! The back alleyway for parking was a bit difficult to find, but the neighbors in the area were super nice and directed us to the right entrance without us even needing to ask. It was also super quiet and comfortable in the neighorhood that it is located in. We really enjoyed the board games and all the different coffee mugs during a coffee tasting activity. We would stay here again in the future!

We were visiting friends in the area and were lucky enough to choose this wonderful location. The place was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and had a charming back patio area that we took complete advantage of. We will 100% stay again when back in the area

Awesome

We had a wonderful time and a five star VRBO experience. We came in town for a funeral and decided to choose the property for the proximity to the church. Super easy experience and super clean. The host checked in with us daily to see if there was anything we needed. When you check in, everything is there that you would need. We will be back to see family again and will stay at this same location.

Nice enough remodel on a convenient but busy N/S street. Close to Foster Park and a beautiful neighborhood for walking (Woodhurst).

Very pleasant stay

We had six adults and a dog stay at this property. The set up was great, it was clean and had what we needed. Check in/out and communication with the host were both super easy.

Visiting Fort Wayne to attend son’s All State Band Concert

My family and I stayed three nights while my son was participating in the All State Band Program. The weather was cold and snowy, but we were cozy inside and enjoyed the games and hot shower. Convenient for our needs and a great fit for our budget! Loved the nice kitchen to cook our meals! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay and Location

I was visiting family and working remotely, and Ashlea's place was perfect. Located centrally to my family members, it provided the perfect place to do my work, make a meal for my family, and relax in the evenings with my dog. Ashlea was responsive and helpful, and the beds were great!

We loved our girls weekend

Me and the girls had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and tidy. Had netflix, and nice board games. All your basic cooking utensils and regular spices and cooking oil. Ashlea is a great host, responds very quickly and checked in regularly. I throughly enjoy that check in and check out was painless. They only asked for basic things when we left. The patio furniture couches were not there, but thats expected with frost like weather apon us. And the sinks were a little slower than expected to drain in the bathroom and the tub. But nothing that was terrible by any means. I absolutely will book ashlea's spot again and again. Thanks!
