If you’re looking for the “cabin experience”, this spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bath cabin has unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is convenient to Maggie Valley/downtown Waynesville. Designed with families and small groups in mind, this cabin includes a hot tub, outdoor games, fire table/fire pit/Blackstone Grill, as well as a separate kids’ “nook” with a pack n’ play crib, books, toys, games, et cetera. The MVCC golf course is within very close proximity.

THE SPACE
Imagine yourself overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Country Club golf course in this recently built cabin. There are two decks upon which you can soak in the glorious mountain sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage. Our cabin has an open floor plan, incredible north-facing views of the mountains, vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light, and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably! Views from almost every area of the cabin, especially the primary bedroom and lower bedrooms, are incredible.

The main floor has a fireplace, full living, dining and an open kitchen with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The primary bedroom/full bath are also located on the main floor. The lower level has 2 large bedrooms, along with a full bath. You are just minutes from the Maggie Valley Fairgrounds, Cataloochee Ranch/Ski Resort, hiking/biking, restaurants, and shopping.

We have a fully-stocked kitchen for those that desire to cook every meal at home. For coffee lovers, we have a Keurig coffeemaker. All bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels. Bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with linens and towels.

We have one covered parking spot, and the driveway holds three cars comfortably.

We are a pet-friendly cabin (2-dog limit) and your pets can be included at the time of reservation. Please click number of pets when you are booking and prior to checking out. A ONE-TIME $100 pet fee (plus tax) will be applied to your nightly rate at checkout. VRBO divides the total up amongst the number of nights booked.

BEDROOM 1
A Large King bedroom with attached private full bathroom - Stackable Washer/Dryer. This room also comes with a kids’ hideaway equipped with books, toys, pack & play crib, et cetera.

BEDROOM 2
A Large Queen bedroom with shared full bathroom. A full bathroom is just outside of this bedroom.

BEDROOM 3
A Spacious Twin/Full Bunk Bedroom, along with an additional roll-out trundle bed. A full bathroom is just outside this bedroom.

BATH
The primary bathroom has been fully remodeled and has a stand-alone shower/jacuzzi tub. There is a full bathroom on the lower level, as well. Both are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. It also comes with all the cooking and dining tools you need: pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons, a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, mugs, and more.

ENTERTAINMENT
We have 4 SmartTV’s throughout the cabin for streaming. (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+, sports channels)

We have high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the cabin for all of your devices for streaming and remote working.

Guest access:
Guests will be able to access the home via a keyless entry system. Guests will have access to entire home during their stay.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$210 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover, as well as hot tub maintenance before and after every guest)
$100 Pet Fee
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from Hibernation Station.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.
