Great location

Great location in the heart of downtown. Close to lots of restaurants, stores and other venues. A bit noisy at night on the weekends, but considering the location near many downtown clubs it was expected. Easy arrival and departure instructions.

Wanted to Love but Couldn’t

This property is a lovely nostalgic time capsule taking you back to the 90s with some chic modern updates; however, practically all of the appliances stayed from that decade. Several of the appliances did not work and the black top was always hot to the touch even though everything was turned off. There were multiple signs of water damage on the ceiling and walls mostly isolated to the main bedroom. The coffee maker and microwave were clearly neglected as they had an abundance of mold and growth inside of them. The WiFi also did not work during the duration of our stay. I don’t like to be a big complainer about issues that come up during stays, but the owner did nothing to help his case and was not very responsive or helpful about any issues brought up. The pros for this place is that it is quite spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Great location in relation to downtown Lafayette but you do get all the negatives that come with the local night life.

Great location

Nifty place with great views. The beds were comfortable and the condo is spacious. Seemed like the kitchen was lacking in terms of amenities and supplies but we didn't cook. Probably need to include in the listing that the property is not handicapped accessible. We'd stay there again.
