Walk to everything! Quiet downtown guest cottage.

Downtown Lafayette is the cultural and entertainment hub of our vibrant city. And our guest cottage is in the ideal location to enjoy it all! With free off-street parking, an outdoor deck and dining area, lovely details and amenities, and walking proximity to all the restaurants, bars, shops, and music venues downtown Lafayette has to offer, there's no better way to experience this great town!

After you've explored all downtown has to offer, try cooking your own cajun meal in the well-appointed kitchen; enjoy a drink at the wonderful indoor/outdoor window bar, or relax on the patio. And if your pups are along for the trip, they'll enjoy access to the fenced-in patio and yard. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a month, this is the perfect home base.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cottage was cozy, very clean, and only a few blocks from downtown. The private deck was a nice touch. If we’d come back this way we would definitely stay again. The host and management were easy to communicate with and messaged a few times to make sure all was well.

Cozy Cottage!!!

This quite, cozy, very well equipped cottage was a perfect fit for our weekend getaway! We explored the area's food and spirits. The location is very convenient to great food, breweries and even a rum distillery. Love the private walk to the cottage, outdoor space and the inside very clean and cozy! I would love to stay here again!

John's property was even better than described. It was clean, quiet and cute. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful time. The location was walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The welcoming and personal touches that John added (treats, eye masks for sleeping, wine, guides) made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely stay here when we are in town again. We highly recommend staying at John's place when you visit Lafayette.

Great Location near downtown and awesome small cottage. The owner has taken great care in making this cottage the best it can be. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of small owner details that make it wonderful. Great decor and well appointed with everything you need. I would return for sure if I am in the area.
