The home is located in an older, established neighborhood near Downtown Lafayette and UL. The surrounding homes and streets are older, but the house itself has been updated inside and offers plenty of space for work trips, extended stays, festival weekends, or visits to Lafayette.



The Space:

Inside you’ll find two large bedrooms with queen beds, a comfortable living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and private washer and dryer.

This is an older Lafayette home that has been renovated for a comfortable, practical stay. It’s especially well suited for couples, coworkers, longer stays, and guests who value space and convenience.

Traveling through

This is a simple home in a great neighborhood. Basic little house, bright and clean. If you stay here you’ll want to get out and enjoy some of the neighboring restaurants and music venues.

This was a very clean place. It was within walking distanct of downtown Lafayette and short drive to Farmers Market and Vermillion Village. The beds where comfortable and everything worked

Older home which has been updated.

This is an older home which has been updated. I’m familiar with the area so I knew the location, but not the neighborhood. We were only there for one night so did not use the kitchen area, but it has been done nice. Beds were comfortable. This home is on a busy street. You can hear the train and cars passing at night. Not sure if there was a party or just people getting home around 2am in the nextdoor homes. When we woke up there was a car in our yard and one in our front parking. There was also a lady doing laundry in the yard behind the home.
