The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located and cozy home. Our place is in the heart of Proctor, Tacoma with so much exploring, shopping, eating and sight seeing awaits you. With two large bedroom spaces, along with their own full bathrooms, you feel right at home. The second bedroom, laundry room and additional bathroom are downstairs from the main level, offering plenty of privacy. There is a railing for the stairs for your safety. We have chilled beverages in the fridge, a snack bowl to hold you over until you go grab a meal, books, puzzles, cooking supplies (plus spices) and plenty of coffee or tea for you to enjoy. We can't wait to have you! You'll love Tacoma.

The property is very livable, clean and convenient. The yard is great for the dogs. The host was wonderful and let us extend our stay 2 extra days. The home is very well furnished with lots of extras. Best VRBO I've have stayed at so far. I have recommended it friends and would not hesitate to use it again should the need arise.

Not a lot of two bedroom, two full bath homes in Tacoma. Private driveway and laundry facilities. 1 bedroom is on the main floor and the other is a basement bedroom and bathroom.

Suzi was great to work with. She was very accommodating and easily accessible. The property was very nice and my family of 5 had plenty of room. Very clean property with all the amenities. Centrally located. We were at the Tacoma Dome and Point Defiance Zoo and we could get to both within 15 minutes. Definitely will stay here again. I recommend this property for a nice stay.

Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Older home but well kept. Functional kitchen but missing a few items for cooking like cookie sheet, measuring spoons and measuring cups. 2nd bedroom is in the basement and stairs are fairly steep. Beds were super comfy and couch was great. Appreciate the shampoo, soap, hair product, etc. if you have little kids there are a lot of toys and things for them.

Really happy with our decision to stay at this very cute home. It had all of the amenities that we needed (laundry, yard) in a very convenient location for our day trips to the different islands. Bonus for us was the Metropolitan Market that was just about a mile from the house. The owner, Suzi, was very responsive to our questions and we had no issues during our stay.

Great location, very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and all of the linens were excellent. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages on arrival were such a nice feature. Although we didn't cook - the kitchen was super well stocked with everything you would need. I have never seen a VRBO more childproofed than this one! Such a comfortable place and would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!

A classic charming home

This is a great house emblematic of the late 20th century. Perfectly situated to take advantage of everything the Proctor District has to offer, this house offers a quiet getaway that is great for family's with pets.

Cozy Tacoma Home

Very clean and comfortable home. Bedding was high quality and more comfortable than what you would get at some hotels. Host very thoughtful as to what guest may need/want. There were books and games for each age group in our party. Host provided variety of snacks and drinks. Host also communicated in timely matter. Would definitely love to come back and stay. Highly recommend.

My Daughter's Weddingat Point Defiance Pagoda

The property is very close to Point Defiance. I was also able to visit Seattle, the ferry and Bremerton with my daughter, the bride to be, and her friends. There is off road parking and a code to get in the front door. The property has spices and cooking utensils, pots and dishes. It made it very easy to cook a few meals. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had great water pressure. I will definitely stay there again. I think there may be a bit of a mixup in the description. It said it sleeps eight and 3 bedrooms. It is a 2 bedroom with room for 4. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Perfect for visiting Grandparents!

We visited Tacoma/Puyallup area to spend time w/toddler granddaughter. We brought our Mini Aussie. What a great stay, even for the cloudy, rainy, chilly weather! Suzi provided lots of accommodations for doggies and toddlers! No high chair but we didn’t need it. Plenty of toddler eating and drinking supplies, doggy treats, bowls and towels to dry off wet doggies. There’s a basement door and we were able to block it for baby’s safety. Comfy bed, great shower, all the cooking utensils you’ll need. Very walkable quiet, safe neighborhood. Suzi left plenty of healthy treats and cold drinks for us grandparents too. Couldn’t be happier here. Maybe just add a rocking chair in the bedroom. We enjoyed the large reclining sofa for watching March Madness. The Pack n Play was very appreciated. Fresh flowers on our arrival. Local food spots were convenient. Just can’t say enough about how much we appreciate these thoughtful accommodations! appreciated
