Idyllic and relaxing, this Villages of Zermatt townhome, is surrounded by mature evergreens, shrubbery, winding walkways, a babbling brook, lush green, well-kept lawns, and magnificent mountain and valley views. Full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, radiant floor heat, gas fireplace and stove, two-car garage, vaulted ceilings, solid European construction, large lots-of-light windows, capacity to sleep ten.

Affectionately named "The Chalet"; this wonderful resort getaway boasts stunning, natural wood beams, doors, and window trim throughout, as well as a locally crafted natural wood entertainment center and large dining & nook; with built-in bench plus six chairs that easily seats twelve family/friends for meals, table talk, family crafts and games. Large patio at entrance provides additional gathering space for loved ones to enjoy warm morning sunshine and cool afternoon shade.

Ideal to area's skiers and outdoor enthusiasts where amenities and local activities abound. Included in your Chalet stay; Zermatt Resort's large indoor/outdoor pool with waterfall and hot tubs, gym facility with exercise equipment and sauna, full spa, kiddos carousel rides, tennis courts, volleyball court, large plazas with outdoor chess game and gazebo, Zermatt's two eateries, delectable Sweet Shop, and Adventure Sports, all located within short walk to Zermatt's plaza entrance.

Great Location

This townhouse is in a great location if you are visiting Midway or Heber City Utah and maybe an hour outside of Park City. It is convenient for ice skating, tubing, restaurants, grocery store and other cute small town bakeries. (Don't miss the Midway bakery... oh my!) The unit is a little dated but works great for 4 adults and 4 kids.

3-day girl trip

We had a good time staying at Zermatt. However the Townhouse 773 we stayed in was quite run down and in need of a lot of repairs. The dresser in the Master bedroom was missing handles and was Not usable, the master bath shower had a huge gash in the wall that was caulked. We found multiple HUGE spiders on both levels of the home, (which was scary because we had a baby crawling on the floors) There was not a garage door opener, so we couldn't use the garage.Also the Pool is very run down and in need of major repairs. My granddaughters feet were bleeding from the rough surfaces in the pools.No one ever came to clean the pools while we were there and there was a lot of leaves and dirt in the pools. We have stayed at Zermatt numerous times and have loved the area, but this time we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the town home and the pools. It was great having the bunk room for the granddaughters, but I just wish they would update and keep the furnishings working better and looking better. We wanted to go to the restaurant while we were there, but they were closed, and my granddaughters wanted to ride the Mery-Go-Round and they wouldnt come out to give them a ride. Other than this we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of Midway, UT.

Family reunion

The furnishings and accommodations in this unit were excellent. There is a bunkroom where 4 girls slept. Those who stayed there enjoyed it immensely. The entry is situated in a nice area of the grounds. It is also a little more conveniently located to the resort amenities than other units.

Beautiful Place

I stayed at the chalet from July 6 to July 8, 2025. The positives of my stay included the beauty of the location and the available amenities. However, my weekend was impacted because the spa and hot tub were closed for maintenance, although I used all the other amenities. The house itself is beautiful, but one drawback is that the sofa couch does not have a mattress, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Great and Not So Great

The home at Zermatt was well built. The full kitchen and laundry room was nice. The appliances all worked well. The corner location was nice. The table lamps didn't work…no knobs to turn them off/on. The carpet and furniture and bedding are DATED! They need to remodel and update the home!!! For that much money, it was very dissatisfying. How much does it cost to replace the dated lamps and furniture? Not much!

Great Service

Had an issue with the AC not working, but sent someone out to recharge the unit quickly. Great communication with them!

Wonderful Stay!

We spent 11 days in this condo and it was absolutely wonderful! Great view, very clean and furniture in great shape. The AC didn't blow super cool but other than that everything was perfect!

Nestled in the mountains “midway” between Sundance Ski Resort and Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts is the mountain town of Midway. Kyle Wharton and Travis Jackson are the business partners providing these great properties and we live here in Midway. We provide properties that allow our guests quick access to a variety of local activities ranging from over 100 holes of golf between Wasatch State Golf Courses, Crater Springs Golf Course, Soldier Hollow Golf Courses and Red Ledges Golf Course. There are 2 lakes (Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Reservoir) within 10 minutes of Midway along with a variety of incredible biking and hiking trails, blue ribbon fly-fishing excursions, horseback riding and ATV/Razor trails and rentals. And of course, downhill skiing all around and even cross-country skiing on the 2002 Olympics course at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
