Awesome Property & Host

Ross was an excellent host. We were traveling during inclement weather and he provided updates daily about the property. House was conveniently located to beach, downtown, shopping, etc, and very accommodating for us and our pets. Highly recommend- five stars for Ross and the property!!

Gulfport Stay with Family

First off, Ross is an amazing host. He was very attentive to inquiries and quick to respond. The home is lovely and in proximity to just about everything we would need. The essentials were available in the kitchen so all we needed to do for our 9 day stay was buy basic groceries. Thank you Ross for sharing your lovely home with us and we hope to be back again.

Checks all the boxes

The property is just as listed. Very nice cottage with everything you need. Communication was great during the process of booking as well as during our stay. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and everything you could need was supplied. The back yard is nicely done if you want an evening relaxing and is fenced in well enough to keep pets from escaping. Overall a nice place to stay allowing us to focus on the trip and events without worrying about our belongings or pets.

Lovely house in Gulfport

We had a great stay at this location. The house was clean and tidy and had comfortable beds. The only reason I knocked this down a star was because we were provided only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper for our entire 5-day stay for 3 people! Otherwise a good experience.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay here at Ross’s cottage. He was very easy to be in contact with and responded quickly to any of our needs. The house was a nice size for the 5 of us and we loved having a fire outback in the evenings! The location was very convenient for going into Gulfport, St Pete Beach, Tampa, or St Petersburg. Thanks for having us!

Florida vaca

Where to begin: house was very clean and everything you need is provided. Yard out back is adorable to sit out and enjoy your coffee/cocktail. Location we could not ask for a better one. No matter what direction you want to go in, it is easy. Honest I have no complaints but I do have a complement. Ross is the best host I have ever dealt with on vrbo. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely responsive and very passionate to vaca hiccups which we had a few. Thank you. Highly recommend this rental and any other rental Ross may own.

Great stay

Home was clean and stocked with basic necessities. We enjoyed the fire pit and having a fenced in backyard for the dogs to roam around. Location is great for going to Gulfport, beaches or downtown St Pete!

I am originally from Rockland County, NY. I served in USMC, and since then I have moved to sunny Saint Petersburg. I enjoy all of the outdoor activities in this beautiful weather.

I chose this neighborhood because it is truly in the best location. Right near Gulfport, Saint Pete Beaches, and downtown Saint Pete. It truly has the best of everything and a nice and quiet street.
