SCAM…DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

I NEVER STAYED ON THIS PROPERTY AS HOST CANCELED HOURS BEFORE CHECKIN. The communication leading up to the reservation was horrible. When I reached out to VRBO as the Host would not send me the property address. VRBO confirmed with host that property was legit and I had nothing to worry about. The morning of checkin remind you I’m flying from Michigan to California, I received a message from the host stating there was “plumbing issues.” Problem being host refuses to cancel my reservation and because of this VRBO is “investigating” and neither VRBO or the Host will refund me nearly $5,000. It has now been 7 days, and hours on the phone with VRBO and consistent back n forth with the host but no refund. Host did ask me to cancel the reservation….thank God I’m not new to VRBO as this would automatically negate my refund. I WOULD NOT RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM THIS PERSON AS IT APPEARS THIS IS A SCAM

Great Getaway

We booked this stay for Thanksgiving very last minute. Katy and her crew were very kind to accept us. There was a glitch in the booking system at the time of booking but Katy took care of it right away. The house was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed use of the heated pool and hot tub. Ultimately, we wanted a low key holiday for 13 people which included 2 young children. The house pretty much had everything we needed outside of food but there is a grocery store 2-3 minutes away which made food trips very easy. There was plenty of room with multiple tvs and a pool table. We would rent this place again!
