Great place to stay, very clean, descriptions matched the actual hotel, staff was very welcoming and friendly and kept constant communication ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The first room we were put in was definitely not like the pictures but the hotel provided amazing customer service moved us to exactly what we were supposed to be in. They were extremely friendly.

Great location for families

Second time staying at this location and it is a great value for the space in the units and the activities available for children. Enjoyed the indoor pool / playground and activity center. I’m sure we will return again!

Wonderful Stay!

This was an outstanding place to stay and was a great value. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the spacious rooms, and all the amenities this place has to offer. We did see on the website that the check-in said after 12pm, but the place wasn't ready when we got there. A minor miscommunication that we quickly got over when entering the room. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Check in process is laborious, slow, understaffed. The desk in the back of the room was full of employees while only 2 people were helping people check in, one of whom spent 40 minutes, checking one person in. I know because I was in line the entire entire time. you have staff everywhere except at check-in desk?

Response time was great

Overall the place was clean and the response time for an issue was impressive. The property could use an update and I was taken aback from the sales pitch at check in. As soon as I said no they backed off but it was surprising.

It was OK.

Finding the unit was horrible! Its dark and the numbers are impossible to see and find. Plus, the desk that I had was not open or friendly and told me the wrong direction to the unit.
