Welcome to our newly renovated and modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Pool House oasis in Tempe, Arizona! Situated less than 20 minutes away from PHX Airport, Old Town, 5 min to ASU, shopping, dining, hiking trails, casinos, and Cardinals Stadium, Angels Spring Training and our property offers the perfect blend of convenience and luxury.

Step into our spacious home and be greeted by contemporary furnishings and stylish decor throughout. The open-concept living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops, perfect for whipping up delicious meals.

Unwind in one of four cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and tranquility. One room features a luxurious king bed, while the other three rooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds. With three modern bathrooms, there's never a wait for the shower before heading out to explore the vibrant Tempe area.

Outside, you'll find your own private paradise featuring a large 10-foot swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny Arizona days. Fire up the outdoor BBQ and bar for al fresco dining experiences under the desert sky, or simply lounge poolside with a refreshing drink in hand.

Please note that there are Additional Fees for Heating the Pool and Pets.
- $75 per day for pool heating; must provide a 48-hour notice for this service.
- $200 pet deposit per pet.

Beautiful Clean Home

The home is exactly as described and pictured. The owner is very responsive and the check-in easy. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need for your stay. There were 8 of us, all adults, in town for a wedding and the house worked great for all our needs. The location is also convenient to many areas.

Enjoyed our stay!

We spent a ton of time in the pool and enjoyed the pool toys. We appreciated the extras like spices, coffee and olive oil. There were lots of towels and pool towels. We did have one minor concern when we were there but the property manager answered our texts right away and solved the problem over text

Great Stay

Had a nice stay, very much as described in the listing. Definitely a very residential neighborhood, so if you’re looking for a place to party late- look somewhere else, but it was great for our group. Easy check in/out. Very responsive communication with owner while we were there. Had small issue with pool heater not running one night, but it was fixed within minutes of contacting the owner. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks

This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to ASU, Scottsdale, Cardinals Training Center and many amazing restaurants and bars. The convenience to Sky Harbor Airport and freeway make this a home run!

We completely gutted and remodeled this home. Redesigned the floor plan to accommodate taller people, like my fiancé 😉, and add a level of luxury not usually seen in these homes. We have filtered water and designed this home to be accommodating for short or long term stays.
