This four-bedroom duplex has plenty of room with two living rooms, four baths, kitchen, laundry room, oversized driveway and large fenced-in yard.
Just 5 mins from BC, 12 mins from Vail, and a 2 min walk to Edwards town center allowing for a perfect ski getaway.

Four bedroom, Four Full Bath Duplex
3 stories
Master bedroom: King bed, attached full bath, 3 closets, ceiling fan, black out curtains
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, full closet, access to full bath on main level, black out curtains
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, memory foam mattress, full closet, access to full bathroom, black out curtains,
