Centrally located near Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, the University of Houston, TSU, Rice University, Galveston, Hobby Airport, and Bush Intercontinental Airport.

This private apartment is the entire second floor of this large home. The first-floor apartment of this home is also a VRBO unit which we manage and host guests. Our multiple neighbors live in the other apartment buildings at the rear of the property. It is a requirement to respect Quiet Hours from 10PM to 8AM and all other house rules pertaining to noise levels out of respect for these neighbors.

1) The entire unit is on the second floor, accessible via one flight of stairs.

2) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

3) FREE Washer and Dryer. Shared with other guests in a separate building. Please provide your own laundry detergent for personal use.

4) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.

The Montrose place was a total dump. In no way did the pictures match the actual space. Kitchen lights did not work. First bedroom did not have any electricity and even if it did there was no light switch on the wall as the repair team covered it up at some prior time. There were drywall patches unpainted, no carpet and dirty floors, counter tops were dirty. Stair railing was busted. It was not a livable space. We moved to another location within 2 hours.

I stayed with a group of friends here. It was a small group.

I stayed here with a small group of friends. It was really cute for us.We love this older house style in Montre said truly gives like an authentic Montrose feeling living experience.we walked to Walgreens, which was super close and everything about this experience was really amazing.all of the bars are a quick Uber right away. We Uber to all of the bars and had a lot of fun coming back. It was very short trip so who was also very nice for this.

Montrose stay Houston

The location was great. The kitchen could have used some salt and pepper shakers, oven mitts and dish towels. All in all it was a good place to stay.

Montrose Mansion

For the most part it was great, but there was a party going on downstairs on Friday night that lasted until 4:00 in the morning. Saturday night was quiet and great.
