( Master Bedroom with Bath Tub)
• Free WiFi at Villa.
• Music System available at property.
• Smart TV in all bedrooms and Hall.
• 24hrs hot and cold water available.
( Hand Towel, Bath Towel, Door Mat, Shampoo, Toilet Roll)
• 1 Caretaker available.
• In case of power failure, Inverter back up available for 3-4 hours
• 3 Car Parking Space.
❖ Indoor games: Carrom, Ludo, Chess and UNO cards.
Terms and condition
Check in: 1pm Check out: 11am
• Drugs are not allowed in the bungalow.
• No drinks & hukka allowed in the pool.
• Outdoor music allowed in 9:30pm only.
• Kitchen cleaning charges Rs.500/- per night.
• Incase of power shortage A/C & Geysers will not be supported on inverter. We are not
responsible if power failure from MSEB continues for long time. Alternate arrangements
for Generator can be done at additional cost
• Adv. Payment will be non-refundable In case of cancellation.
• Deposit of Rs.5,000/- at the time of check in is compulsory.
• All Guest ID Proof is compulsory at the time of check in
