Welcome to the Eagles Nest! This upstairs suite is perfect for couples or solo travelers wanting to stay in Shaver Lake. Centrally located in town, guests will have the convenience of being walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants! This suite includes a comfortable king size bed and a kitchen that is fully stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you may need during your stay!

Keyless Entry: We have installed smartlocks on the front door to ensure a smooth check-in experience. Guests will be provided with the door code prior to their stay.
Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach Shaver Lake. Make a left turn onto Buckeye Ave, right before the Hungry Hut. Then take a right onto Digger Rd. The house will be on your left on the corner of Buckeye Ave and Digger Rd.
Please note that this property has three separate units, so outside spaces and parking will be shared with other guests. The unit itself and the patio are completely private.
Winter months: Please note that the furniture on the deck will be put into storage during winter to protect the furniture from getting damaged from the weight of the snow. Thanks for your understanding!
Heating/AC: Heating and AC are both provided through a mini split system.

Dirtier than we expected it to be
We stayed here for 2 nights and I am sad to say that we were uncomfortable the entire time. This is my first time using Vrbo, but I have used similar apps before and I have never had such an issue with cleanliness. At first I noticed some things like a hair in the fridge, the rugs were all dirty, there were bits of dirt or something of the sort on the comforter, and there were a lot of cobwebs. Considering the property is in the middle of the woods I ignored the cobwebs and dirty rugs, but later in the night we noticed more issues; another hair under the comforter, another one in the bathtub, bits of food on the dishes, stains we could not get off of the knives—and worst of all—the top part of the comforter smelled like UNWASHED ARMPITS. There also looked to be eyeliner on 3 out of 4 of the pillows. It seemed like none of the bedding had actually been washed. Thankfully we had brought an extra blanket since it is winter, so we removed the comforter and slept with our own blanket. We also slept with the towels on top of the pillows since the towels were the one thing that smelled clean. I called the next morning with no response, so I left a voicemail with my name, my number, and explained the situation and asked if they could call us back. We never received that call back. This property specifically had no reviews but their other properties had great reviews so we were super excited to stay here. Instead, it was hard to sleep due to how dirty it was.
