Sandy and John were the 'ultimate' guests for a condo owner to entertain....they were wonderful to deal with, very communicative, and very helpful and understanding providing access for some work we had done at the condo. Aloha, we are very surprised and disappointed you did not contact us regarding your concerns so we could make them right....we encourage doing so in several places in our literature, and with signs in the condo. We are really shocked, as over the 14 years we've owned it, our condo has received nothing but high remarks. We are hands on owners and visit the condo frequently, and we always reach out to our guests. We called you during your visit on Feb 12th, but received no answer. Why didn't you call us, and why did you wait over 2 months after your departure to let us know you we unhappy? We have a "call us, and we'll make it right" policy to avoid just these situations. The reference to 'owner property' labels are the owner closets which is not unusual for a vacation rental property and there are not 6 of them. The bedroom (remodeled in May 2020) has a large bedroom closet for guests with storage for suitcases, shoes, and hanging items. It has an armoire with 3 drawers and doors. The hall closet(remodeled in May 2020) features beach chairs, water toys, coolers and misc for guests including an ironing board. The bathroom, also newly remodeled in May 2020, has storage under the bathroom sink and in a medicine cabinet, and lots of surface space on the grantie countertop. At the time of your visit, the island was just beginning to open up from the pandemic and restrictions were in place related to construction and related trades. We had new tile neatly stacked in a unusable corner of the condo awaiting install. The kitchen is also fully stocked and inspected by us annually (May 2020) and it has service for 8 in kitchen dishes, utensils, and a full set of pots and pans, serving utensils, wine and beverage utensils, and bakeware. It also features drinking glasses, wine glasses, and plastic glasses for taking to the beach and pool, and utensils for using the barbeque. It has small electronics: Keurig, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, and small food processor. At the request of guests, we provide a commercial Keurig coffee maker. However, in a kitchen cabinet, there is a regular coffee maker. Had you made us aware of your desire to have a regular coffeemaker, we could have directed you right to it. Linens and towels are refreshed annually in May (we personally handled this in May 2020) and as needed.
