Our newly renovated kitchen & dining area are ideal for a quality family dinner. Our comfortable DreamCloud king mattresses are a haven for restful sleep. Access to the facility's gym, game room, and heated swimming pools are included. This home is centrally located: a 2-minute drive from Banner Gateway Hospital, two large grocery stores, Starbucks, and many dining venues; 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport; and 15 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.

No pets.
Quiet hours:10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
No parties or events.
No commercial photography.
No smoking.

Additional rules:
$300 fee per pet for breaking the no-pet-allowed rule.
$200 fee per day per person over 6 guests.
$100 fee for unapproved late checkout.
$100 fee per missing TV remote control or lost key card.
Non-wear and tear damages fee will apply depending on the extent of damages.

Security cameras are installed on the front porch and back patio. No camera is installed inside the house.
The owner lives in the neighborhood and is available if needed.
