Escape to a fully private seven-bedroom beachfront villa made for families and groups. Swim in the infinity pool, soak in the hot tub, watch sunset from the rooftop deck, and step straight onto a quiet Pacific beach. Five king bedrooms and two bunk rooms sleep 16 in the standard setup. Air conditioning, fast Starlink Wi-Fi, filtered water, a full kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping make group stays easy. Puertecito is intentionally remote and secluded, so a car is recommended for frequent trips. Cot beds can be arranged in advance for groups of up to 19 for an additional charge. Events and filming require prior approval and separate pricing.

Secluded and absolutely beautiful

The perfect modern beach house with all the needed amenities. The architecture and design that brings the outside in, not to mention the lovely pool, all just steps to the ocean. It was an amazingly well thought out villa designed to take advantage of the beautiful views.The hosts were caring and responsive. I highly recommend this lovely VRBO!

Boris and his family were very accommodating in everything. The property is amazing, there’s a river near by were you can swim. The house is a paradise and all the amenities are excellent. We’re dreaming of coming back some day. Thank you for everything!
