Fantastic

We were as happy and as satisfied as we could be with this property! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for cooking, the house was 100% clean and the hosts were great!! On a very cozy street n nice neighborhood just minutes 2 to 5 minutes from Dale Hollow lake!!

Cozy cottage

We had an awesome time staying in the cottage, its a beautiful place and right across the bridge from su set marina. The owners have worked hard to make this place nice! And it shows. Thank you so much russ and mandy

Great Property at Dale Hollow

Great property & hosts! There was a little mishap with our stay but Russ & Mandy went above & beyond to make it right. We appreciate all that they did to get us situated and would not hesitate to stay with them again. The next time we are in the Dale Hollow area, we will definitely look for one of their properties first. This particular location is perfect for fishing tournaments leaving out of Sunset Marina. You can literally almost see it from the rental! It may be a 3 min drive max to get there. Thank you Russ & Mandy for letting us stay at your place! We'll be back!
