“Bay House” is ideal for a mates’ trip, whole family or up to 3 family groups.
It’s located across the road from the beach, with expansive outdoor and verandah areas. It’s equipped for entertaining with a gas BBQ, crab cooker, fire pit, coffee machine, full laundry and stocked kitchen.
Stanage is a picturesque beach town, ideal for swimming, fishing, crabbing and chilling out. The area is secluded with a convenience store/takeaway, petrol station, pub, fishing/tackle store and stunning sea views.
"Bay House" has on its doorstep, the beautiful Alligator Bay. This beach is a turtle rookery. Baby turtles can be seen on the beach each January when they hatch and head for the water.

Nice place
The property was very suitable especially the patio area. A few little things wrong with the house like (1) back yard needs a good clean up so that you can park a couple of large boats. (2) had no hot water for the first few days. (3) no free to air TV. Overall would recommend this place

Thanks for your review and being such a great guest Brett.
You are right about the backyard. Whilst there's still room for parking cars and boats, the yard could definitely be structured to be more convenient. In fact, we have booked someone with a digger to help us with this and we are building an undercover fish filleting area as well.
As discussed with you, we're terribly sorry for the inconvenience of the hot water issues. It seems the solar is working but the booster may be a problem. This is being seen to. We'd like to offer you a discount if you stay with us again, in appreciation for this inconvenience.
If you stay with us again, please note that by hotspotting the TV, you can stream TV and may like to access our Netflix and Amazon.
Thanks for recommending our place, despite the inconveniences. We hope to see you again!
